A great cabin

We enjoyed a wonderful time in Le Mazot. The cabin is comfortable and cosy and has a nice garden with a beautiful view. The location is unbelievably quiet -an undervalued feature- and the area offers great hikes with superb vistas towards the Alps. And finally, Paulette and Michel are just the perfect hosts! We would definitely love to return one day.

Wonderful location and hosts

This chalet is located in a magical area, a very small town on a hillside with an amazing view. It is so quiet and pleasant, and the drive up to the chalet took us through a forest. It's a great location from which to explore the area and its cities, and we were able to go to Christmas markets in a number of these places.The chalet was just the right size for our three-person family and very cute and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped, and there is a supermarket 20 minutes by car. Paulette and Michel were gracious and wonderful hosts. They accommodated our early arrival and provided us with very helpful information about the area.Thanks so much Paulette and Michel!

Es war das sauberste Häuschen was wir bisher beziehen durften. Wir wurden von Paulette freundlich empfangen und sie hat uns viele Tips und Informations- Material zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Kammstraße sind wir gleich dreimal gefahren - die Aussicht war bei besten Wetter Verhältnissen einfach Spitze. Wir haben sogar die Schweizer Alpen von hier aus gesehen. Im Häuschen war alles da was man so braucht. Es war ein gelungener Kurz Urlaub und wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben zwei Wochen ins dem kleinen, perfekt ausgestatteten Häuschen verbracht. Paulette und Michel haben uns sehr freundlich (im Haus standen sogar Blumen und kleine Leckereien bereit) empfangen, ausführlich über die Gegend, Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und alles, was man braucht, beraten. Sie leben direkt nebenan, sodass Hilfe jederzeit möglich wäre, haben sich aber nicht aufgedrängt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Man kann direkt vom Haus loswandern oder mit dem Auto schnell viele Ziele erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Un très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le Mazot de Paulette et Michel qui sont adorables.Le chalet est cosy et très propres, les lits sont confortables, tout est au rendez-vous pour profitez du calme et du chant des oiseaux.Une agréable parenthèse pour profiter en famille avec nos deux enfants en bas âge.Merci pour cette magnifique semaine.

Parfait !

Nous avons passé quelques jours exceptionnels dans ce chalet, et y avons trouvé tout ce que nous étions venus chercher : calme, authenticité, convivialité. tout s'est très bien passé et nous n'avons manqué de rien. L'hospitalité de Paulette et Michel est remarquable, et le chalet est fait aux petits soins pour une famille, idéalement situé au pied du grand ballon d'Alsace. Nous y reviendrons avec un très grand plaisir.

Semaine magnifique à GEISHOUSE

Une semaine passée dans un très sympathique petit chalet, au cœur d'un village calme et paisible, entouré des montagnes des Vosges. Des hôtes vraiment très très accueillants. Une région pleine de surprise et de découverte. Je conseille vivement cette région et cette adresse.

Gut geeignet für einen Wanderurlaub

De eigenaren zorgen er voor dat je echt welkom voelt. Niets is teveel. Lief klein huisje met een heerlijke tuin. Veel informatie: wandel- en fietsroutes, toeristische folders. Zeer uitgebreid. Volmaakte omgeving om te wandelen vanuit je huisje. Bij mooi weer wel warm op de slaapkamers. Geen ventilator aanwezig. We kunnen het aanbevelen!!!
