Enjoy a stylish, central stay. This 25 m² studio, recently designed and fully equipped for 2 guests, is just 50 m from a nightclub open Friday and Saturday nights, as well as before public holidays. The studio features double glazing and shutters. The spacious living area includes a sleeping space with a sofa bed. The open kitchen comes with a washing machine and oven. There's a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Reversible air conditioning ensures comfort in winter. Amenities include TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, kitchen essentials (coffee maker, etc.), storage, and bed linen (pillows, duvets).
