Located in Le Croisic, this bright, fully renovated 80 m² holiday home is all on one level and welcomes up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 160 cm bed, the second features a 160 cm bed and bunk beds (90 cm). Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, open to the living room and dining area. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and barbecue.



Outdoors, relax in your private garden or on the terrace. Port Lin beach and the harbor are both less than a 10-minute walk away.



You have two parking spaces directly in front of the house on the sidewalk (not on the property), which are essentially private as the street is a dead end. Pets are not allowed, except assistance dogs. Parties and events are not permitted. A tennis court is just a 5-minute walk away.



Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided for an extra charge.
