On the ground floor, you will find an open kitchen connected to the living-dining area, a single bedroom with a trundle bed, and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king-size bed, workspace, and sea views, as well as another double bedroom with two trundle beds, a desk, and an en-suite bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, underfloor heating, TV, and washing machine.
Step out to the private garden with a summer dining area, equipped with 2 electric awnings and a large chill-out zone with sofas and a shade sail. From the garden, you have access to the communal pool with sea views. The villa also offers a private balcony and an open terrace.
Street parking is available. The villa has a private charger for electric vehicles. Events are not permitted. The beach of Llafranc and the tennis club are just a 5-minute walk away.
