A queen bed and a half bath are also located on this level, with incredible lake views just steps from the six-person hot tub on the patio, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the water.
An interior staircase brings you up to the stunning great room, which serves as the heart of the home. Relax on the oversized sectional while enjoying the lake views or gather around the dining table, which seats six, for a home-cooked meal from the open country kitchen. Two first-floor bedrooms, each with two single beds, are ideal for kids or can be pushed together to create a king-size bed. The master bedroom, located in the loft, features a queen bed, with an additional single in the hallway. Guests can even fall asleep to the gentle sound of the brook when it's flowing. For extra flexibility, a blow-up air mattress in the laundry room can be used to create additional sleeping space.
Brookside boasts over 150 feet of natural, level lakefront with a variety of activities for all ages. Children will delight in the expansive pebble beach, perfect for collecting shells or skipping stones.
