Beautiful Villa!!!

  • 5 of 5

What you see, is what you get and more. This Villa is amazing, my family love it. Mr. Motohide answered all my questions which made my booking fast and easy. Our greeter was really helpful, he gave us a tour of the villa and the property. We are looking forward on coming back to this beautiful villa. Once again, Thank you Mr. Motohide.

Great location with views!

  • 5 of 5

The villa was awesome! Our family had a wonderful time. Close to beach lagoons which is perfect for kids. We loved watching the sunset from the lanai. We would definitely come back here again if given the opportunity. Thank you Mr. Motohide!

Great family vacation

  • 5 of 5

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The greeter, Louie, was extremely informative and helpful. The location was excellent for allowing us to walk around KoOlina, as well as allowing convenience to tour Oahu. Additionally, the owner was extremely helpful when we were faced with a hurricane. He was quick to respond when asked if we could stay extra days if our flight were to be cancelled.

Everything We Needed

  • 5 of 5

We spent a week here and my 4yo daughter actually cried when we had to leave. The condo has absolutely everything we could possibly have needed making it truly feel like a home away from home. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this resort or in this condo again. Others' positive reviews are accurate so I won't spent too much time duplicating efforts. If you are like me, you've already read them, multiple times. Some additional info that may help you in making your decision to stay here:

Owner/Staff Interaction: The owner, Motohide, was always prompt in responding to my questions. When my flight was delayed a day, he graciously allowed us to alter our reservation without any issues. We came in a day late and left a day later than planned. Obviously it helped that the condo was not booked immediately after our reservation. When we arrived at the front desk, Patrick greeted us at our car before we had a chance to park which was great. He facilitated the check in and showed us to the underground garage to park. Then, he met us with a luggage cart and escorted us to the condo, gave us a tour of the place, and from the balcony (since it was raining) the rest of the resort. He was full of local info on what to do, restaurants, etc. Extremely hospitable.

Condo: As I mentioned, everything we needed was provided. Plenty of laundry detergent and dishwashing and dishwasher soap. For a week long stay for 4 people, we did have to restock paper products (toilet paper and paper towels) and were short a garbage bag or two. There is a trash shoot in the common hallway. Recyclables have to be taken to a separate area. It's a little bit of a trek. Random, but the beach towels are the really nice, big, and thick ones. Dishes were Crate & Barrel. Appliances all high end. Clean, neutral decor. Great views from the front and back lanais. Full disclosure, some wear and tear was visible on the walls and furniture but nothing that would prevent me from returning.

Surrounding Area: The resorts form a little community with a shopping plaza and several dining options. It gets crowded and we often chose to eat in other parts of the island or cook at "home." One exit away is a Costco, Walmart, Target, Safeway, lots of restaurants and fast food places.

Amazing condo, view and location!

  • 5 of 5

ALOHA and Wow! The only problem we had was the sign to the resort was hard to spot. The Penthouse condo was amazing ... the grounds and condo were spotless, beautiful and kept that way every day. Electronic controlled blinds to the lanai; temp controls in each bedroom; gorgeous views to the west and east; fun kitchen to cook in, a wine cooler, ice maker that never ran out of ice, fun using the stove top and microwave (not like I've seen before but easy to figure out and use); living room couches/chairs made you want to sit for a long time; only 2 condos on the floor so we never heard neighbors coming nor going from/to the elevators; pools (quiet pool and a kids pool) were perfect distance from each other so we had peace every day in the quiet pool; the meandering Koi stream/pond and exotic plants between pools were wonderful to walk through; exercise room was well equipped (not just 2 or 3 machines) with steam and sauna rooms one side for men and one side for women; the tiki bar was a great experience, right next to the beach and the performers were very good, we watched the sunset from the bar several nights; wonderful registration staff; Patrick who greeted us was very kind and helpful - good thing too since the condo was so modern we needed training on some of the furnishings; boogey boards, snorkels, beach chairs, beach toys and beach towels were available but we didn't take the opportunity to use them. The condo was so welcoming and relaxing; we love the Ko Olina area over the rest of the island. This resort is between the Disneyland and Marriott Resorts but far enough away that it was not crowded. The walkway along the beach goes to all the resorts and a marina - about 2 miles in length one way - and you can see the ocean the whole way. The restaurants at the Disneyland and Marriott are expensive so we shopped for groceries for our meals. You do need to work with the registration desk about nearby grocery and restaurant places. We HIGHLY recommend this condo and Ko Olina! Or maybe we should not share how wonderful it is so that it will stay a gem for us! Mahalo!
