Light-filled 2-room vacation apartment in Scharbeutz with approx. 53 m² of living space for up to 2 people.

Upon entering the apartment, you’ll find yourself in the bright and cheerfully furnished living area, which features a cozy sofa corner, a TV, and access to the balcony—ideal for enjoying relaxing vacation evenings. From the living area, you step out onto the balcony, which offers a view of the sea and invites you to linger and enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air.

The open-concept kitchen is modernly equipped and offers everything you need to prepare your meals, including an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker. A dining area is also integrated and is perfect for spending time together. The separate bedroom features a comfortable double box-spring bed and ensures restful nights. Eine sehr gute Unterkunft, top ausgestattet (Küche), Sitzecke und Essecke, alles prima. Balkon mit Markise auch ok. Die Lage ist 1a. Kleine Mängel für uns: Kleiderschrank im SZ lässt sich nicht richtig schließen, Vorhänge im Wohnraum nicht vorhanden. Setzriss Decke von Sitzecke bis Küche (normal für ein neues Appartement?) Balkon: Markise (nicht elektrisch trotz Anschluß)und Boden könnten Reinigung vertragen, Fenster ebenso. Kleine Ameisenstraße zwischen Appartement 207 und dem im Bau befindlichen Appartement nebenan im Beet. Dadurch auch einige im Wohnraum. Für uns gab es keine Belästigung durch die Arbeiten nebenan. Ich betone nochmals, das wir dieses Appartement jederzeit wieder buchen würden und die kleinen Mängel nur für uns ins Auge fiehlen. Gerne können Sie mir darauf antworten.

Tolle neu renovierte Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist hell, modern eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir haben sehr gerne auf dem großen Balkon gesessen und die Aussicht auf das Meer genossen. Die Lage ist top. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
