Fully renovated in 2024, this upper-floor property is located in the peaceful residential area of Torremar. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will have a well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a fan, Wi-Fi, washing machine, and a high chair for families with young children.
Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy sea and mountain views, or relax on the covered private terrace. You also have access to a shared garden and outdoor pool, as well as a private barbecue and outdoor shower. The balcony is one of the highlights of the house, perfect for admiring the sea.
Up to 1 pet is allowed for an extra fee. Events are not permitted on the property.
