Very beautiful villa "Riata", 2 storeys, built in 2026. In the hamlet Barbići 7 km from the centre of Poreč, in a quiet, sunny position, 5 km from the sea. Private: property 500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular, heated (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 2 km, pebble beach 5 km, rocky beach 5 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Nearby attractions: Aquapark 7 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
