Reposant et magnifique

Superbe endroit, vue sur la mer depuis les chambres et la cuisine, terrasse, piscine, les équipements complets de la cuisine, facilité d'accès, proche d'une petite surface et d'un petit marché de produits du coin, la mer pas loin.... et la gentillesse des propriétaires et de Jamel. Le jardin avec ce coté sauvage et entretenu... Bref, un super séjour. Un grand merci à Benedicte, Bernard et Jamel. On reviendra avec grand plaisir.

Villa auf Korsika

Der Vermieter ist äußerst angenehm und engagiert, alle Themen sofort zu lösen - perfekt! Die Lage ist vom Blick her traumhaft - einen so schönen Blick aufs Meer sowohl aus der Wohnküche als auch der Terrasse gibt es kaum ein zweites Mal. Die Rundbogenfenster ermöglichen einen weiträumigen Blick auch wenn das Wetter schlechter ist. Das WLAN ist schwach und es ist doch mind. 20-30 Minuten bis zum nächsten Sandstrand. Auch gibt es fußläufig keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Daher 4 statt 5 Sterne. Das Objekt ist toll ausgebaut und Klimatisiert - also auch für den Hochsommer gut geeignet. Ein riesiger Kühlraum im Keller lässt auch eine Familie

"Luxusvilla" mit Schönheitsfehlern

Die Lage und Sicht aufs Meer ist fantastisch, Begrüßung durch den Besitzer: sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Sehr schön für Hundebesitzer die Möglichkeit, oberhalb des Grundstücks im Wäldchen Gassi zu gehen. Der Garten sehr schön angelegt und gepflegt. Der Pool grandios, aber... wird nicht, wie online dargestellt mit dem Besitzer geteilt, sondern mit den Gästen von 2 weiteren Häusern auf dem Grundstück, also ein Gemeinschaftspool. Das wurde verschwiegen. Hätte dieses Objekt nicht gebucht, wenn ich das gewusst hätte. Das Häuschen ist hübsch, aber als Luxusvilla kann man es sicher nicht bezeichnen. Die Sessel recht hübsch, aber schon sehr abgewetzt, es gibt keinen Beistelltisch, auf dem man Handy oder Buch ablegen könnte. Die Einrichtung der Küchenzeile, normaler Standard, der Kühlschrank hat noch nicht einmal Beleuchtung. Es gab noch nicht mal Sets oder ein Tischtuch für den Stahltisch auf der Terrasse, der als Esstisch dient. Die Treppe zum Objekt so steil und eng, dass ich meinen Koffer im Auto gelassen habe (Hilfe wurde mir, 72 Jahre alt, nicht angeboten). Die Beleuchtung der Treppe so spärlich, dass es bei Dunkelheit ohne Taschenlampe vom Handy recht gefährlich ist. Alles in allem ist m.E. das Objekt überteuert. Ich bin seit Jahren im Herbst jeweils für 3 Wochen auf Korsika und ausnahmslos in Ferienhäusern mit eigenem Pool. Kann mir also schon ein Urteil erlauben. Bis auf die schlechte Außenbeleuchtung hätte ich bei einem angepassten Mietpreis nichts kritisiert, aber die Bezeichnung "Luxusvilla" veranlasst mich zu diesen Kritikpunkten. Wer sich die Mühe macht, wird etliche Ferienhausbeurteilungen von mir finden, die alle positiv sind. Solch eine negative Kritik ist bei mir noch nie erforderlich gewesen. Schade, denn der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und sympathisch, aber das wertet nicht alles auf. P.S. Bin noch diese Woche in einem Ferienhaus in Borgo, bei dem es nichts zu kritisieren gibt.

Séjour très agréable vue magnifique

Nous avons passé 7 jour superbes dans cette bergerie. Il y a tout à disposition sur place pour BBQ et cuisiner. La vue est à couper le souffle. Merci à Benedicte pour son accueil. A recommander.

Belle villa avec une vue magnifique

Nous avons surtout apprécié le calme, le charme de la pierre et du fer forgé, dommage nous n'avons pû profiter de la belle piscine qu un jour car après en travaux... Et n avions été averti qu à notre arrivée mais l autre piscine été bien aussi.

superbe villa dans jardin très fleuri

villa très propre, très agréable à vivre avec une vue splendide. Décoration soignée . Cette location est idéale pour 2 couples car elle permet de s'isoler très facilement grâce à un système ingénieux de portes coulissantes. l'accueil est des plus sympathiques. Les amateurs de bon café ont à leur disposition une cafetière et peuvent se procurer les célèbres capsules auprès de la sympathique propriétaire. La piscine est chauffée et bénéficie d'une vue splendide. Nous vous conseillons cette adresse et espérons y retourner un jour.
