Has been built with a breathtaking view of the sea "within a large Garden Estate entirely private and secure With a multitude of shrubs, flowers, trees and plants of all kinds, this garden is a real reserve of plant essences.

The ground floor consists of a very large covered terrace of 80 m2 sheltered from the wind with a breathtaking view of the sea and a terrace of ground floor discovered under the olive trees almost centenarian which juggles on the elegance and the erasure. Amazing Spot and very nice flat!

The flat and view was exactly as advertised. Beautiful view of the Sea. The owner France is a perfect host and a very interesting person!

Amazing view, incredible garden, and a great stay!

We had a fantastic week at this villa. The views from the terrace are simply unbeatable. We loved the proximity to Calvi and we walked to the Centre Ville several times during our stay. We had some initial concerns upon learning that we would be sharing the pool and laundry with other tenants. But, all went well and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This would have been a 5 star review as everything about this villa and France, the lovely attentive host, was excellent. Very sadly, though, they had a huge issue with the drains at the villa caused by a previous guest so unfortunately the week was overshadowed by builders and needing to use the toilet in another building. However despite that we would love to come back to beautiful Calvi and this villa with its lovely gardens and swimming pool area. It was everything we needed for a lovely relaxing family holiday and I really hope, for France and her family, that this issue has now been fully fixed. Thankyou for having us! Susie

Sehr nette Host, tolle Einführung, sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr schöner Garten mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer, Calvi in 10 Min gut zu erreichen. Aus Anzeige ging m. E. allerdings nicht klar hervor, dass es sich um eine Whg. von 2 im Haus handelt. Nicht alles funktional (einige Lampen, Toi.spülung, Brausenaufhängung Duscharmatur). V. a. aber war seit Montag ganztags massiver Baulärm (Bagger und Presslufthammer), sodass eine Nutzung des Gartens praktisch nur außerhalb der Arbeitszeit möglich war. Dies war nirgends angezeigt. ich würde voraussichtlich einen Discount einfordern.

We sincerely thank you for your comments. We deeply regret any inconvenience you may have experienced. Your request for a discount and your comments on various issues and their malfunctions. We find this to be exaggerated, unjustified, and in bad faith. Despite our great consideration for your comments, it seems that the advertisement was not read in its entirety. Please remember that dogs are not allowed in the garden and that the pool is included in the ABRITEL description. You allowed your dog to take full advantage of it. Upon arrival, the inventory and instructions relating to household appliances were completed in good order. Accommodation disinfected (Covid-2025 standard), checked: (lights, air conditioning, bathroom facilities, appliances) validated. The general information, rules, and obligations that were given to you in person when the keys were handed over. The rules were not followed: the furniture was moved. You damaged a deck chair without reporting it. You did not comply with waste sorting rules, resulting in a fine of €80, which we did not collect. The noise from the neighboring construction site is a nuisance but is not continuous, and the weather from September 23 to 25 greatly limited the use of the pool/garden/beach (weather map attached). We take complaints very seriously and apologize for the noise and weather, while thanking you for considering them as such.

Die FeWo ist für 4 Personen sehr großzügig ausgelegt mit einer sehr schönen Terrasse, die einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer und den wundervoll gestalteten Garten bietet. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft sehr herzlich empfangen und während unseres Aufenthaltes in allen Angelegenheiten von der Vermieterin France sehr zuvorkommend beraten.Leider war es nicht möglich, unsere Fahrzeuge direkt bei der Ferienwohnung abzustellen.Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt!Vielen Dank an die Vermieterin France! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vue et proximité du centre sans oublier la beauté du jardin

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L'hôte est charmante et disponible. La vue est a coupée le souffle, la proximité (5-7 minutes) à pied du village est très appréciable. Nous recommandons.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für einen Traumurlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen. Der erste Kaffee am Morgen sowie der Absacker am Abend - der Blick aufs Wasser, die tollen Farben und die gesamte Atmosphäre sind Erholung pur. Der (gemeinsam mit der oberen Wohnung genutzte) Pool liegt aufgrund der Hanglage etwas unterhalb der Terrasse - dies ist perfekt, da die eigene Privatsphäre komplett geschützt ist. Der Bäcker für die Brötchen am Morgen sowie der schöne Hafen mit diversen Restaurants und Geschäften sind in knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Internet war konstant sehr gut. France wohnt mit ihrer Familie in derselben Straße und ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, der Empfang war herzlich und die gesamte Abwicklung unkompliziert. Wir können die Wohnung von ganzem Herzen empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Stadtnähe zu Calvi

Schöne, geräumige Ferienwohnung mit wunderschönem mediterranem Garten, Pool zur Mitbenutzung und Ausblick aufs Meer in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums von Calvi. Wenige Gehminuten entfernt gibt es eine kleine, schöne öffentlich zugängliche Bucht zum Baden und Schnorcheln. In der Umgebung Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und Mountainbiken. Freundliche Gastgeberin, mit der man auch gut auf Englisch sprechen kann. Einziges Manko an der Wohnung sind fehlende Fliegengitter in den Schlafzimmern.

Villa à la vue imprenable pour un séjour parfait

Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour chez France . La vue y est époustouflante, et le jardin y est de toute beauté. France a été charmante avec nous durant tout le séjour et à l’écoute de nos attentes. L’emplacement est idéal et avons très peu utilisé la voiture car tout est à proximité centre ville, plage, commerces...ce qui nous a permis de visiter la jolie ville de Calvi à pied. Le paradis

Pour une première expérience en Corse, nous avons adoré notre séjour. Tout était parfait. La situation proche de Calvi, la villa décorée avec goût, la terrasse ombragée, le splendide jardin élaboré avec soin, la piscine, la vue sur la mer et la gentillesse de France, la propriétaire. Magnifique séjour dans une belle villa

Magnifique villa avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer . Bien situé dans Calvi . Juste un petit bémol nous devons partager l extérieur avec la piscine car il y’a un autre appartement au dessus du notre, mais par chance nous n avions personne cette semaine là.

Der anfälligen Infrastruktur Korsikas geschuldet, gab es mehrfach Probleme mit der Wasserversorgung im Hause. Das Interieur wirkte zusammen gesucht, war aber brauchbar. Die Lage war gut, der Ausblick und die Gartenanlage traumhaft. Probleme mit dem WLAN ab und an. Fazit: 2 -
