This beautifully renovated condo offers easy walking access to Downtown and the Gondola for Peaks 7 + 8. It has a completely new designer interior with stainless steel appliances and other updated amenities.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the living room hosts a queen-sized sleeper sofa. There is a memory foam topper for the sofa bed to add additional comfort for your stay.

We're just one block north of Main Street, so any destination in the Historic Town of Breckenridge is close by. Put your car away for your visit and walk or utilize our free bus system to get you wherever you want to go.

Whether you're vacationing for winter or summer outdoor activities, this condo is ideally situated and a comfortable place to come home to in the evening.

The Breckenridge Recreation Center is a 15-minute walk (north) along the Blue River bike trail. It has excellent work out facilities, classes, hot tubs, pool, sauna, steam room, etc. etc.

Great little condo close to all the action Breck has to offer! Walk everywhere!!

Had an amazing time staying at Debbie's condo! The place is very beautiful and up to date. Debbie was also very quick to respond to a few questions I had. I even got a good nights sleep on the pull out couch after a night of a little too much fun and the GF kicked me onto the couch for the night ;) Would absolutely stay at Debbie's again!

Pefect Location. Updated Condo.

Condo was a pefect location -- very short walk to downtown and to BreckConnect Gondola. Condo was updated and very clean. Space is small no more than 3 adults but very nice. I would plan on staying here again.

Excellent Location for Town and Ski Access

Great condo for 2 people, with great location: one block from ski shuttle stop, several blocks from main street shops, restaurants. Gondola to Peak 7, 8 is about 1/3 mile (would be a trudge with boots, skis, poles, but I guess doable if up to it – we drove to parking lot right next to Gondola). Condo is comfortable, has an updated look, is well appointed, with good, reliable wifi and TV service. We had one minor issue upon arrival, missing bath/hand soaps, but a call to Debbie and it was promptly taken care of.
