Very cute, very clean apartment. Cozy and convenient.
Everything was absolutely perfect. Clean, lots of space. Perfect for two or four. Grocery store across the street. One block from Crossings and the State Theater. All downtown restaurants and bars in walking distance. Access was easy and owner was quick in responding to queries via email. Bring some ground coffee... coffee maker is there with filters, but no coffee. There is a keurig type thing but the coffee isn’t that great like any keurig... wine opener was handy! Comfortable bed. High ceilings and feels really spacious. We had a great stay. Highly recommended!!
Perfect for a couple
Clean and has everything you need in a charming town.
Gem in the heart of a wonderful town.
The apartment was very nice. Like new, clean, and well appointed. Perfect for our long weekend stay. Comfortable bed, warm, and good WiFi service. Close parking and easy walk to several shops, cafe', and coffee shop.
Fantastic apartment in a small town close to everything. We were here for the month of October working, and the apartment has everything you would need. I will stay here again when working the area.
We had so much fun! We are planning to have our girls weekend here annually now. We thought we would spend our time in Red Wing or Rodchester which are pretty close but we found everything we wanted right downtown Zumbrota! If I had any complaint (very small) it would be the glass should be covered over the door. It was very pretty but the hall light shines right through and lights up the whole living which has the futon for sleeping. Honestly it bugged me so little i still gave them 5 stars.
We’re happy you all had a great time; and thank you for the great review. Zumbrota is a fantastic small town with a lot to shopping, arts and entertainment.
Thanks for the comment. I’ll be putting up a shade so you can block out the hall light.
See you next year!

Great little apartment. Very liveable, clean, and well stocked.
We stayed in Zumbrota for parents weekend at nearby Carleton College. Everything nearer Northfield was booked and overpriced just for the weekend. We didn't mind the drive (about 30 minutes), as it was beautiful and easy. Simple booking, simple check-in/out. Apartment #3 is lovely and historic, though fully and thoughtfully restored and updated. Love, love the huge bathroom sink! Comfy bed. Nice futon in the living room and plenty of extra clean sheets, which we appreciated as our college kid decided to spend one night with us. Didn't need to use the kitchen except to brew coffee (which was thoughtfully supplied), but it appeared fully stocked for cooking. Great little town with breakfast right across the street. Totally recommend.
Zumbrota is becoming a real arts community. Stay for the music concerts on the weekends at the Zumbrota State Theatre or Crossings at Carnegie. Check out the links for ZAAC and Crossings. If you need a place to stay as you visit Mayo Clinic, you couldn't ask for a nicer place to relax after a day of appointments. We are only 20-30 minutes from Mayo Clinic.
