About David Zimmerman and Roxanne Bartsh
Hi Folks... My name's Jack. My people, Dave and Roxanne, purchased this building in 2001 before I was even born. Dave has been working on renovation of this building and Roxanne owns Wild Ginger Boutique which is on the first floor of the building. The 3 of us moved into an apartment in December 2013 so we are right here to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I look forward to meeting you!

Third time staying there. Great place!
Great little apartment, great owners, wonderful town
We will be returning!
Small town charming, friendly and responsive owners, easy walk to downtown services and food. Enjoyed our stay at the Anderson Building as we visited friends and family in the area.
Perfect location if you’re taking in a show
We came to see a concert at The Crossings, which is just up the street a couple of blocks. Perfect property, up a long flight of stairs. Everything clean and comfy. Only issues were that there is a hall light that shines through a high window that forces you to shut a door to sleep, which also separates you from the window AC unit. But certainly not a huge deal.
Another wonderful stay in Zumbrota at Roxanne & Dave's
We have completed another summer visit and find leaving difficult. Roxanne and Dave are wonderful hosts. The apartment is located close to a grocery store, library, restaurants, parks, walking trails, and more. It is comfortable and clean. There are so many activities-Music in the Park, Farmers Market, Goodhue County Fair, shopping, day trips. This summer we attended Music Man Jr presented by a group of children from 2nd grade through high school. The audience appreciated all their hard work. Great performance. We are looking forward to our next visit to Zumbrota.
This apartment was clean and bright and fun to stay in.
We loved our stay at this property. We were a block away from a grocery store, a walk along the river, and the downtown shops and restaurants. We entered and embraced a weekend of small town life and enjoyed every second.
Zumbrota is becoming a real arts community. Stay for the music concerts on the weekends at the Zumbrota State Theatre or Crossings at Carnegie. Check out the links for ZAAC and Crossings. If you need a place to stay as you visit Mayo Clinic, you couldn't ask for a nicer place to relax after a day of appointments. We are only 20-30 minutes from Mayo Clinic.
