Located only feet from the sand and boardwalk, this lower unit of our vacation rental duplex is within reach of the Balboa Peninsula's best beachfront and ocean recreation that Newport Beach has to offer: great waves for the accomplished surfer, yet gentle shorelines for the youngest sandcastle builder.

The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom downstairs vacation home offers an ocean view from its oversized patio which has ample shaded seating and barbeque grill for outdoor family meals. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and has its own private bathroom. The other bedrooms each contain a queen bed.Two tri-fold floor mats are provided for extra sleeping accommodations.

PARKING: 1 small single carport; compact to midsize vehicle only. Garage dimensions, 78" H x 95.5" W. Neighborhood street parking (metered and non-metered) can also be utilized.

Shared coin-operated laundry.

During the Winter Off-Season (summer, spring break(s), & holidays excluded),

this vacation unit can be rented as a 3 BDRM 2 BTH, a 2 BDRM 2 BTH, or a 1 BDRM 2 BTH. Rates vary based on the configuration. Please refer to the "Additional information about rental rates" section of this listing.

Family friendly beach house

We had a great time here. The rooms were good size with a large master suite. The rooftop patio was beautiful and provided beach views. The futon room gets very hot and stuffy and there are no window curtains or blinds, so be prepared to wake with the sun. We had planned on having our kids sleep up there but once we felt how hot the room was and how bright it was, we had to shuffle things around. Other than that, the house was a convenient to walk to the beach, had restaurants and shopping within walking distance, and was large enough to fit our family comfortably. We would stay here again.

Wonderful location!

Had a terrific time here in Newport Beach. I would definitely do it again. The location was only one a short walk to the beach and you can see it from the front patio.

Great location not so great house

First impression, very stuffy inside then found out windows very difficult to open. Outdated kitchen utinsels so bring your own. Floors very dirty throughout house...feet and socks were quick evidence of that. Broken remote in master.

Loved location and layout of house just expected more. BBQ completely rusted on inside owners tried to hide with aluminum foil. Beachview Realty great to work with will probably use again.

Owner's Response: We really appreciate our guest’s feedback so that we can be proactive in resolving any issues or concerns. We have recently installed new windows and they are no longer difficult to open. The remote in the master bedroom has since been replaced and the BBQ is no longer rusted on the inside. As for the “dirty” floors, I’m not sure how that would have happened. All of our properties undergo a thorough cleaning process before all guests’ arrival. Because this home has wood flooring, dust and dirt can easily be spread by guests after a day at the beach… I would kindly, like to remind all guests that should they encounter any issues such as those previously mentioned, that they please bring it to our attention immediately. We would make it our priority and address the issue right away!
