About Vacasa, OR - Oregon Coast Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

I had really never stayed THAT close to the ocean in Cannon Beach. Wonderful! And everything inside was clean and tidy, and I had everything i needed. I will say that you can hear neighbors on both sides of you and it was a bit bothersome. Walls appeared to be pretty thin. Also, had neighbors that smoked on their "patio" which I could smell. Also a bit annoying. But really would love to stay here again and hope for quieter, non-smoking neighbors.
Beautiful, clean unit in a great location
The unit was very clean and felt like a hotel. It had more than what we needed for cooking. The jacuzzi and shower were amazing. It was a bit noisy due to sharing walls and having the laundry unit next door with loud carts wheeling through the gravel at 8am. The TV was offset from the bed and was unable to tilt towards the room for viewing.
We have been coming to Cannon Beach for the last 10 years. We have a favorite place to stay but decided to take a chance and stay in a new place this time around. We choose the spa suite and overall we are happy that we did. We enjoyed our stay.
The pros: Location! The beach really is just 27 steps away, you can't beat that. You are located just a few walking minutes from downtown which is nice, you don't have to bother with trying to find parking.
The bathtub!- Bring your bubble bath- its big enough for two and was a wonderful way to unwind after a long day.
It's pet friendly- You can bring your furry companion, they even provide extra towels to wipe off sandy paws, food/water dishes and treats.
Cleanliness- Everything was clean! However things are looking a bit worn. The blinds can't be pulled up on the door, the molding has missing paint. Nothing that would prevent us from coming back but the unit will need a face lift soon.
The cons: This unit in sandwiched in between two other units and can be a bit noisy when both of those have been rented out.
Parking- If you have a larger vehicle this might be a challenge for you, its a small lot.
The bed- it is really hard!
Overall, the spa suite is a nice unit. Has most of the comforts of home and is nicely located.
need WiFi to work reliably at least some of the time
We apologize for the inconvenience with the WiFi. We are working on a solution to allow guests to be able to reset the modem themselves in instances such as this. Thanks!
Weekend @spa suite
Place was very clean when we arrived. Information/communication excellent. Unfortunately it rained the whole time we were there, not like we aren't used to it. The unit was well equipped to have a nice stay with our dog even though it was so wet outside. Nice touch with extra sheets and towels for dog. Very nice to have kitchen for our meals. One suggestion, fix leak in roof of porch. We had to dodge drops. Thanks again!
Stormy weather stay
Would rate higher if there were blackout drapes or shades.
The owner is looking into blackout shades options. We appreciate having this brought to our attention.
