This beautiful 6 bedroom and 6 bath wheelchair/handicapped accessible home with Large Private Pool and Elevator is beautifully decorated. Located in the exclusive 'The Resort' community on Ocean Isle Beach. 'The Resort' features a private Ocean Front Community Pool, bathroom and clubhouse.

This home rental includes access to the exclusive Resort Club which is the only clubhouse with the convenience of beach access, and oceanfront pool.

Second row home with direct beach access at The Resort which is just across the street in front of the house. 6 bedrooms and Bathrooms. HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE WITH ELEVATOR TO ALL FLOORS. Tile floors, granite counter tops. Two refrigerators, two dishwashers. Large covered porches and a screened porch. Sunbathing areas around private pool as well as pool access at The Resort Club across the street. Includes departure cleaning and bed linens and towels. 7 FLAT SCREEN TV'S. BLU RAY, DVD, WIFI. Come and enjoy your morning coffee on one of the large comfortable porches with views of the Atlantic. Get out by the pool and fire up the grill for a family barbecue. (Guests provide the propane.)

Dog friendly for an additional fee if you bring a dog. Two dogs maximum.

Great stay for New Years

We rented this spacious house for New Years. Plenty of room for 2 large families. So much space for cooking and hanging out. And loved walking across the street for a beach walk. Thank you for sharing your home!

Perfect for us

So glad we found this place. It had all the requirements we needed for our family: elevator for my 81 year old mom, pet friendly, the perfect bedroom configuration for each family, and beach access right across the street. Great place to stay and would stay again.

Outstanding!

It was perfect for our family of 11, ranging in age from 18 to 84. The physical arrangement of the house, its excellent condition, responsiveness of the owner to a couple of minor issues, and its proximity to the beach all helped make this a truly enjoyable stay!

Great home for family gatherings

The house was very spacious and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We stay during the colder season, but during the summer, this place would be absolutely fantastic. The location is close to the grocery store and other restaurants. Lots of light and a very bright space inside. The only downfall is a can be noisy if you stay in the upstairs bedroom because the kitchen is on the same floor and the sound echoes. Overall, it was a great stay.

Christmas 2022

Excellent property for family who loves to cook. Kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, glasses, utensils and appliances. The best part was 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers! This is always a problem when we rent. Not enough room for holiday food items. The location was great-ocean views and short walk to beach. Being a pet friendly rental was an added benefit. It is hard to find large homes for rent that are pet friendly. Would definitely rent again.

Almost perfect!

The home definitely did not disappoint regarding location, space and amenities! And inclusion of the linen service was a game changer!! However, the pre-arrival cleaning service was not as thorough as it could have/should have been, especially concerning the floors [in all areas]. The pool also did not appear well-maintained as the water turned green around 4-5 days into our stay, while surrounding pools maintained their blue hue the entire week. Thank goodness we had free access to the gated pool directly across the street!! Other than the cleaning mishaps, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We couldn’t have selected a better home away from home to enjoy family and friends. We’d definitely book this location again without hesitation!!😊

Stayed for our wedding. Was an amazing house. Walked the beach everyday, was nice having access right across from the house. Had a really good time using the porch at night. Would stay again.

Great house for a great family vacation!

We have been coming to OIB each summer for the last 32 years and hadn’t needed a pet friendly house until this year. This home went above and beyond our expectations for a beach house let alone a pet friendly one. It was well stocked, and in our favorite location on the island (almost directly across the street from the one we normally rent. The entire rental process was very easy and it made our week even more enjoyable. Will definitely seek out this house again!

Wonderful house and hosts

This was a great house with lots of room for our party of 8, a well stocked kitchen, a great pool, wonderful location that was close to the beach and also close to the pier and places to eat. And best of all, we got to bring our family dog that LOVED being able to go to the beach each day with her family. It was great having the linens supplied for the house and not having to do that on our own. The owners were always super responsive to any questions that I had before the trip and we had a wonderful week at the beach with our family and our kids friends! The kids are already telling us they are missing the beach and want to go back. Thanks for a great week!

Golf Trip

Overall, the property was nice. One of the refrigerators didn't work but not a major inconvenience as the other one was adequate. Also, no gas for the grill. We were told that renter had to supply the gas. I guess you could bring your own tank which is kind of inconvenient or do a tank exchange and leave the next renter a mostly filled tank. Rental agency responded promptly to both inquiries. Beds were comfortable. Not as nice as some of the properties I have stayed at in the area but for the price it was nice.

Christmas present for family

Carolina Breeze was the perfect size, location and place for our family to take a Christmas vacation! The location allowed the guys to take their dirt bikes to ride at nearby motocross tracks and the others to enjoy the local amenities of the beach, shopping, dining and arcades. Will be back to the area sooner than later!

Perfect setting for a family reunion

10 of us came to Ocean Isles from all over the east coast for a weekend family reunion. The house was just perfect and the property manager very helpful and responsive. We loved the location to town and the beach, the pool, the kitchen, and the size of the rooms and number of bathrooms. Thank you!

Wonderful for family. Plenty of room for all

Great location and easy access. Pool was great. Maybe a bit more cleaning of the pool to keep it clear and blue. Some drains in bathrooms were slow. All in all it was a great house! We would love to do it again. The pool was fixed by the management very quickly! We appreciated that so much. Our first time at ocean isle.

Surprise beach birthday!!!!

My mother-in-law had a big birthday!!! We invited her friends and family as the surprise!!! Everyone had their own room with private bath. The rooms were large and you didn’t feel cramped. The location was perfect. We spent a majority of the time on the upper deck because the ocean view was awesome!!! It was a short walk to the beach (you just have to walk across the street). The house stayed cool and the pool was a definite bonus. From reading past reviews I was a little nervous but I spoke to the owner and they assured me all the problems would be fixed and the were!!!! We would rent this location again!!! It was 4th of July week and we were able to watch the fireworks from the deck

Needs an update and deep clean

The house itself could have been nice, and it was nice to have six bedrooms, but it really needs an update and the level of cleaning that was done prior to our arrival was unacceptable. The floors were filthy, as were the bedrooms. When moving in, we found a thumbtack on the floor, and also a pill. Luckily, we only had adults with us, but if there would have been children, it could have been dangerous. The furniture also needs repairs/upgrade. It's clear that they are old. Some of the bedroom furniture was broken, and the living room couches and chairs were uncomfortable. There was a kitchen chair missing. As for the location, we usually stay at the other end of OIB where it is much quieter, so this area was a bit loud for us. But if you like being in the middle of the action, this would be fine for you. The pool was very nice, and the short distance to the beach was great. Overall, we enjoyed our stay because we love OIB and have been going for years. But we were definitely disappointed with this house, especially since it was so expensive.

Family Reunion Fun-2

This was the second of two house we rented for the family reunion. The older adults and newly married with small children stayed here. The twenty-something nieces and nephews stayed in the other house, which worked out perfect! The two houses were right across from each other and right across from the beach and beach side pool. A great success and lots of fun! We would definitely do it again!

Good location and well equipped!

Most rentals appear nice online but often don’t measure up in person. This one did not disappoint. The House was roomy, very clean and well equipped. Not only was the kitchen well stocked with plates, cups and cook ware it was all clean and in working order. The location was perfect with ocean views and private beach access.

The house is beautiful, well furnished, and conveniently located close to the beach.

The house was perfect for our group. There were eleven of us and two dogs. Everything was tidy and neat in appearance. There was plenty of room for social gatherings and places for privacy. It is close to the beach, has a pool, and a very walkable community.

Not well kept

Location is awesome! Condition of property and its cleanliness is the WORST I've seen in my 30+ years of vacationing at Ocean Isle. Bandaids in and near pool, oil spill on car port, sand on floors in kitchen, one walk across the floors inside and feet turned black, shower hair balls, drainage clogged on outside shower leaves puts water everywhere, "pool toys" old and not useful, sand everywhere on carport, stairs, porches; porch furniture rusted and dirty . . . . you get the point. We booked short notice and only one review was available at the time which commented on great location (which it is right across the street from the beach entrance). Very little utensils and appliances were not in working order. Had to request replacement coffee pot. Refrigerator smelled like a dead cat and had no rails on fridge door to store anything and ice make leaked water into the fridge requiring a towel to be placed inside to catch the dripping. Gate to stairs on porch did not work properly and had to "work" to get it open/closed. Door to patio latch didn't work properly and prevented door from opening unless you had the secret handshake. We did complain to property manager who listened but didn't really care to make things right so we were down to the choice of spending two days of our vacation complaining and pushing for action or keeping our eyes half shut and enjoying the beach (which is the main reason we went.) Also make sure you look at the pictures for the bed arrangements. Not the most optimal for a group of couples and the description doesn't describe very well. Will not rent this property again and will probably not use the realtor again. Do not recommend.

Perfect for large family

This home was the perfect place for our extended family to stay in OIB. All the rooms have their own bathrooms, the kitchen is a great size, plenty of outdoor and indoor deck space, decorated simply yet very beachy! The pool and elevator are nice bonuses too. Right across the street from beach access.
