This 1600 hundred foot unit has an open layout and high ceilings that culminate in wall to wall views of San Francisco bay and Marin beyond, with a large deck overlooking a beautiful back yard. Amenities include a chef’s dream kitchen that is perfect for entertaining, including a 6 burner Wolf gas range with an electric oven, a second electric oven, built in sub-zero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher and more. High-end furnishings and a combination of hardwood and stone floors throughout the unit create a truly exquisite living experience.

This is an ideal short-term layover for someone relocating for work, in the process of buying or selling a house, or just wanting to take an extended vacation in beautiful San Francisco. The flat has a versatile layout that is well suited for an individual, a couple, roommates, or a small family. The master bedroom has a queen bed and its own bath. The second and third bedrooms are connected by pocket doors and share a bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom is configured as an office and sitting room, with a desk and fold out couch (including a mattress that can be inflated to desired firmness), and would also make an ideal nursery. Located in a 3 unit building on one of the most desirable blocks in San Francisco, with a bus stop on the corner and easy street parking (one garage space also included), this is an ideal location to commute anywhere in town or the surrounding area – a 10 minute drive can put you in downtown San Francisco or across the Golden Gate Bridge surrounded by beautiful redwoods in Marin county. Spend sixty minutes in the car and you’re in the Napa and Sonoma wine country, and just four hours away and you can be hiking and biking Lake Tahoe and the beautiful Sierra Nevada.

NOTE: New SF Laws generally require a 29 night / 30 day minimum stay for vacation rentals such as mine. If your stay is at least 7/nights, I may be able to accommodate it under certain circumstances, at a lower rate then reflected in the VRBO rate calculation. Please contact me to discuss.

Great SF Condo

A couple of colleagues/friends and I were in San Francisco fora business conference and a long weekend for vacation before. The condo was a great place to stay. It has lots of room and is in a wonderful location with a lovely view of the Palace of Fine Arts and the bay, close to fun shops and restaurants. The bus stopped right at the end of the block, so getting downtown for the conference or to Fisherman's Wharf, etc., was easy. Dan, the property manager, is very nice and helpful.

Family Getaway to SF

We wanted a condo in a great location (with parking) to use as home base for our travels around San Francisco. This was the perfect spot for us. It's in a wonderful neighborhood, which we explored on foot. The bus drops off at the corner, which was convenient when we headed to Union Square, Fisherman's Wharf and cable car line. We made a few side trips to Muir Woods and Stanford, so having parking for our rental car in the garage below the condo really helped. My oldest daughter went running down to the water each morning, and around the Presidio. We walked to the spot (couple miles) where we rented bikes to cross the Golden Gate. We also used the local grocers and restaurant recommendations left by the owner -- all great. Having this incredible view while we were inside relaxing was so much better than a hotel room. The kitchen was well stocked, which meant all we had to purchase were the main ingredients. Jeff met us when we arrived to walk through all the details, which was great. Definitely would stay here again!
