Great location
We loved our stay here (hubby, me and 11 year old son). Location is just a stone's throw from Old Town and right around the corner from the best cevapi sando shop! Owners were great hosts and helpful. Highly recommend!

Awesome Split rental
My family of 6 stayed here for 3 nights. We loved it! 2 floors and 3 bedrooms worked out well and 2 bathrooms was plenty for us. Enjoyed the living spaces upstairs and down and the hot tub was much appreciated and used after a canyoneering trip. Decor was loved by our 4 daughters, which says a lot for the space. The owner and property staff were very helpful. A short walk to the old town and waterfront and all the restaurants, bars and gelato you could hope for. And we loved the breakfast. I'd definitely stay here again!

Fabulous location in Split!
Gordan’s apartment in Split was in the perfect location to walk to the Diocletian Palace as well as the waterfront of old town. The apartment itself is amazing, with period furniture and art works everywhere many by Gordan. The kitchen is well stocked, modern and enabled us to prepare wonderful meals. The beds and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The best feature was the private rooftop terrace with 360° views of Split and the countryside. Make sure you walk up hill by the Natural Park to the Skyline Terrace restaurant and bar for great food, drinks and incredible views. Gordan is a GREAT communicator and very interesting to talk with. We highly recommend Gordan’s property if you stay in the Split area.

Loved Split
The apartment was great. The view from the balcony was the loud city and the harbor. The apartment was quite, working washer and drier, comfortable furniture. Milo the manager was awesome. Stocked the fridge with a bottle of wine a few beers and some juices which was nice. He also gave us great recommendations for dinner and beaches. Really nice guy.
The walk down through the old city was spectacular. It was a hills back up but it’s a good way to burn off dinner and gelato.
I’d definitely stay there again.
