This exclusive 2 bedroom property is ideally located in the Aspens On Blackcomb Complex only steps from the Blackcomb gondola.

This property features a number of luxury appointments including heated floors, fully equipped kitchen, granite counters throughout and built in plasma televisions in the living room and master bedroom.

The property complex is true ski in-ski out with onsite ski shop and ski valet service, wireless internet access, largest outdoor heated pool in Whistler and 3 hot tubs as well as gym and laundry facilities. Steps from the Blackcomb base for restaurants and après ski, as well as the summertime Blackcomb Adventure Zone for kids. Whistler Village is just a 10 minute walk away.

Great location for the mountain

We were most impressed by the proximity to the mountain. We were able to snowboard down the hill to the gondola (about 50 yards.) The hot tubs and heated pools were really nice after a day on the mountain. The only downside we had was it was a little smaller than we expected based on the pictures (But still very nice.) I would recommend this room we stayed in to everyone. It was fantastic!

Beautiful place!

Absolutely loved our stay here! Very clean and beautiful unit. Great location with nice balcony overlooking the incredible pool/hottub area. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect place and location

We absolutely loved our time at the Aspens. The communication from both the property owner and manager was fantastic. This is a true ski in ski out location with free ski valet. The hot tubs and pools were great! Beds were comfy! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to do a little cooking and there is even a grill on the deck. Walk to town was less than 10 minutes. You can rent gear right at the Aspens. You have to pay for parking but it’s very secure. We loved our time there and will absolutely be back! Thanks Lee and Shirley for a perfect trip!

New Years In Whistler

Although this was the worst year for snow in history we still managed to have a nice time on the mountain and with the accommodations. Everything was just as we expected from reading the previous reviews. Nice clean location and would be a wonderful ski in ski out had there actually been snow on the bottom half of the mountain.

Wonderful Condo in great location

This condo has everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Whistler. Walking distance to village and Lost Lake. Lots of room for our family group of 6. The amenities were great but parking is an extra charge.

Fantastic Place Very Close to Lift (usually)

This is the perfect condo in Whistler. It's out of the noise of the main village, but as close as you can get to the Blackcomb Gondola. It has a great view of the pool and everything you need to have a great stay. We will be back. But something to watch out for is that the advert says 'fantastic ski in/out location' which is usually the case, but this year Vail Resorts has started doing strange things with the opening schedule of the Blackcomb Gondola that is only steps away. During our April trip we found ourselves having to get a ride over to the Excalibur Gondola in the Village because the closer gondola was closed!! And the line at the Excalibur was almost 2 hours long! This is of no fault of the condo owner, although they may want to add a comment to the advert. Pro tip: Park your car at the very south east end of the parking lot (u shaped) and leave your skis in it and access them via the stairs. Saves you a lot of walking to the ski valet which is at the very other end of the building. Thanks Lee for the great place. As I say we will be back (but will watch the Vail Resort lift scheduling more closely next time.)

Fabulous Ski In Ski Out

Location location location and just enough amenities for a comfortable stay! Comfy beds, easy parking, pool and hot tub access without having to make a reservation, nice kitchen and furniture. Ski valet and an amazing view and a 10 min walk to Whistler Village. Will stay here again!

Perfect location!

We had a great stay at this condo. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked and the ski in/ski out location was unbeatable. Check in was a breeze, the pool and the hot tubs were amazing and I loved the valet for our ski/snowboard equipment. My only complaint would be that the second bedroom was quite warm at night since it has no air conditioning. We will be returning to this rental again!

Magical family ski vacation

Perfect location with ski in and ski out. Kids enjoyed the pool, but it was too cold for me. Condo was just what we needed. It does run extremely warm, so bring summer PJ’s.

Convenient location, well-equipped

My adult son and I enjoyed our four nights! The beds are comfy, plenty of towels, kitchen has oil, spices, etc. Owners have left enough space in closets for your things. Convenient bench and hooks by the door for donning ski gear.

Great place in terms of amenities and location.

Cooked several meals while staying in this well-stocked unit. Enjoyed the view from the unit, enjoyed the hot tubs. On busy weekends, the front desk will run out of pool towels. Bring sandals to minimize your feet getting frozen during the walk to the hot tub. This property is not ski in/out in early season. We hiked down/up a steepish hill every day with our gear during our stay. That's just a reality of these ski in/out properties and nothing against this unit. Also, the walk to Whistler village can be dicey at night. From Blackcomb village, the walk is on poorly maintained and minimally lit icy paths with some wooded areas to arrive at Aspen. Fine for my friends, but I would not have my mom do it. I suppose that's when you'd hop in your car when you want to head to dinner or the bar. Having frequented Whistler for over 20 years and appreciate being a distance from the trashiness of the village, I would definitely stay here again under the right circumstances.

Ski Trip

Had another great stay at the Aspens condo! Owners and concierge Shirley are wonderful to deal with! Condo is very comfortable and nicely decorated! Kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. Heated floors were a hit! Perfect location for skiing and exploring the village! Our second stay at this condo and will definitely return!

Had a fantastic weekend! The condo and facilities were really nice. We enjoyed the location access !

Great location and access to The Villages and Lost Lake. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. The condo was updated and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. It was nice to have the little extras like coffee,hot chocolate,spices in the cupboard. The bathroom also had the little extras left by previous guests that could benefit everyone. The condo was comfortable and had a great deck! We can’t wait to return this winter!

The Blackcomb base location is ideal for our family with it's Blackcomb Adventure Zone in the summer and ski in/out in the winter. We love the Mallard for summer patio time and apres ski. The condo has a great patio as well. Also, take advantage of our complimentary concierge to arrange tickets/tours/services!
