Nature et calme

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Calvi. Logement très propre et très fonctionnel dans un cadre de verdure calme et fleuri. Idéal si vous voulez passer un séjour tranquille. Plage à proximité ( 5 minutes en voiture) avec vue sur la citadelle de Calvi. Merci à Patrick pour sa gentillesse et sa discrétion. Nous reviendrons !

Relaxing Times

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was relaxing and private. Patrick was a friendly Host with Turtles and a lovely Cat. We had acess to the garden with barbecue, lemons and lots of beautiful plants. We hope to be able to book this appartment again.

Vacance a Calvi, Corse

Patrick le propriétaire est une personne très sympathique, il nous a accueilli a notre arrivée comme il se doit. Au niveau de la location il ne manque rien Sont jardin est magnifique, il prend son temps a nous expliquer les différentes choses ces créations et il nous a bien informé sur les choses a faire et a voir. Escapade à Calvi

Très bon séjour chez Patrick MARTIN, studio accueillant à l'écart du propriétaire très discret d'ailleurs, bien à l'écoute de ses résidents, jardin magnifique avec pleins d'espèces de plantes grasse qui donne face au studio c'est très agréable, bien situé pas loin du centre de Calvi nous nous y rendions à vélo pour flâner sur le port le soir, joli coin avec tant de choses à découvrir nous y retournerons !!! Pour un séjour saison ou hors saison nous le conseillons !!! A bientôt Patrick et merci pour l'accueil. Franck et Marie

Agréable

Nous avons passé une dizaine de jours dans cet appartement au calme, très propre et fonctionnel. Le jardin botanique compléte l'appartement tout confort. Tout y est ! Y compris l'accueil de Patrick qui est un hôte exceptionnel gentil et amical ! En toute discrétion il sait être présent pour partager un bon moment (apéro 🙂). A noter que l'appartement est a l'écart de Calvi mais très proche à pieds. Vue imprenable sur la citadelle de Calvi. A recommander !!

Superbe séjour

Studio situé dans un havre de paix, avec un environnement magique (jardin), à proximité de Calvi et des plages, nous avons apprécié cet endroit, la disponibilé, les échanges avec le propriétaire, le calme et la sérénité du lieu.... Je recommande cette adresse

Ci è piaciuta molto Calvì, il suo mare e le sue spiagge. Lo studio è accogliente, comodo e molto tranquillo. Ci siamo trovati bene e mr Martin è molto gentile

Location en tout point conforme à l'annonce

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en Corse au sein de cette location tout à fait conforme à l'annonce et idéalement située à 10-15 minutes à pied du port et de la plage. Nous avons pu bénéficier des précieux conseils du propriétaire sur les lieux à visiter et avons apprécié qu'il partage ses connaissances sur la Corse avec nous tout en se montrant très discret durant notre séjour (il existe un accès autonome au studio). Il est possible de se garer dans la Cour ce qui est appréciable. Nous recommandons cet hébergement et reviendrons avec plaisir !

sejour aout 2019

nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans cette location propre à notre arrivée, tout confort, calme, propriétaire discret trop peut être, bien située pour visiter la corse. Rien à dire à part quelques moustiques comme partout dirons nous. Merci

Calme et nature

En couple pour le festival Calvi on the rock, nous avons grandement apprécié la situation au calme tout en étant à une vingtaine de min à pied de la citadelle/plage. L’appartement très fonctionnel avec climatisation et le petit plus un grand jardin fleuri pour flâner autour d’un barbecue. Propriétaire convivial et arrangeant sur les horaires d’arrivé/départ. Je recommande !

Idyllisches Feriendomizil

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in einer tollen ruhigen Lage. Der wunderschöne Garten kann genutzt werden. Vanina und Patrik sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Das Ortszentrum und der Strand kann in ca. 20min zu Fuß erreicht werden. Die Unterkunft ist Sehr zu empfehlen!

Accueil très sympathique. Joli studio dans un beau jardin, proche du centre de Calvi. Appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé, très bonne literie. Et surtout, au calme ce qui est appréciable à Calvi 😊

Very pleasant stay

We enjoyed the few days at A Tuntia very much. It was our second time at Calvi. We were lucky to have found this studio on short notice. We didn't mind that it is a bit further away from the town centre and waterfront. It is still within walking distance. The garden and the calm surroundings make up for this. Sitting in front of the studio we enjoyed the view as far as Calvi's citadel. The studio is not large but perfectly set, furnished and very clean. Our frequent visitor was Nibar, the house dog. He soon realized that we couldn't resist to share parts of our meals with him. Merci aux Nibar et Pay!

Un magnifique havre de tranquillité à 5 mn du centre et des plages

Un studio bien agencé, simplement mais joliment décoré, face à un incroyable jardin : créatif, faussement sauvage car très étudié , et à l'esthétique et l'ambiance très réussies. En prime le sourire et la gentillesse visible de Vanina et Pat, meme si nous les avons très peu vus compte tenu de nos activités; Situé au calme dans un environnement de propriétés, à ( mn des plages et du centre;

La location idéale pour des vacances à Calvi

Un studio sympathique et bien aménagé, avec un magnifique jardin ! Un endroit idéal pour se reposer et se ressourcer. De plus, l'accueil est chaleureux et convivial. Nous y avons été bien accueillis et nous avons passé une agréable semaine. Je recommande vivement cette location !

studio très agréable bien agencé. un jardin magnifique ou il fait bon se détendre.des propriétaires très accueillants et disponibles.une très bonne adresse pour séjour en couple.un peu en dehors de Calvi env.1km donc repos assuré.
