Quiet and very pretty apartment on the 2nd floor of a small residence, ideally located just 500m from the sandy beach of La Favière. Close to the port of Bormes as well as to shops and pleasant little restaurants.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 vacationers, it is composed of:
* A living room with lounge area (sofa bed) and equipped kitchen area
* A balcony for dining with a view of the garden

Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein für zwei Personen ideale tolle Lage, ruhig, sauber. Schön wären Mückennetze am Fenster und Balkontüre.... werde ich aber das nächste Mal mich selber drum kümmern denke über einen weiteren Aufenthalt nächstes Jahr definitiv nach

Petit appartement très fonctionnel et bien situé

Séjour très agréable de 15 jours dans un appartement effectivement coquet et très bien équipé (il ne manquait rien) dans une résidence au demeurant très calme pour la période (Juin). Très bien accueillis par Andréa pour l'installation et contacts faciles avec le propriétaire si problème. Proximité commerces avérée. La plage c'est au choix de chacun, nous c'est celle de la pointe du Gouron.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et reposant à la Favière. L'appartement était conforme à la description : tout confort, propre, bien aménagé et proche des commerces et de la plage. Mr et Mme Dubost sont aux petits soins pour leurs locataires.

nous avons passé un agréable séjour! merci aux propriétaires qui ont été très sympathiques, qui ont su nous donner de bons conseils sur les lieux à visiter,... le coin est très joli. l'appartement est refait à neuf, bien agencé, très pratiqueet propre! je n'ai rien à redire. je le recommande !!!!

Les plus : situation de la résidence, exposition de l'appartement , terrasse, équipement, mobilier design, sécurité Les moins : terrasse un peu étroite, immeuble en vis-à-vis et donc caisse de résonance, nombreux propriétaires de chiens pouvant apporter quelques nuisances sonores.

Une location soignée, actuelle et confortable

C'est une agréable location pour 4 personnes... La décoration, très légère , et la cuisine , très design , liant fonctionnalité avec confort, permettent à l'espace à vivre, d'être totalement approprié par ces nouveaux habitants.. Le mobilier, actuel et garni de l'essentiel, laisse une place aux affaires personnelles. La batterie de cuisine est saine et coordonnée. La terrasse est bien ombragée. Un peu à l'écart du centre ville et de la mer, cette location est aussi un lieu de repos , quelque soit le moment de la journée. Les propriétaires feront tout pour que vous passez d'excellentes vacances.
