A great and very spacious property that is incredibly well equipped for a family with a young child (3 years old). Lovely hosts who gave us great recommendations for the local area and beaches.

The property was perfectly located for walks and day trips. You definitely needed a car because villa was quite remote. Pool lovely. Facilities lovely.

I cannot recommend this beautiful villa highly enough. I stayed there for two weeks with my three children (aged 8, 15 and 18) and although the plan was to spend several days visiting towns and beaches along the Cote d'Azure we actually only ended up leaving the villa a couple of times in the end because we loved it so much! The villa is immaculately equipped throughout, with air conditioning in the main living area and the ensuite bedroom. The main living area also had a reclining sofa that my kids just adored and there was an arcade games machine in one of the bedrooms with all the old arcade games on, including Asteroids, Lunar Landing, Space Invaders, Missile Command, Street Fighter to name but a few. Never mind the kids, I was reliving my childhood! There was a wonderful outdoor kitchen area (except sadly we weren’t allowed to use the pizza oven because it had been banned by local authorities due to the risk of causing forest fire) and a large terrace with a view to die for stretching out across the vineyards to the mountains beyond. The pool was beautiful and was permanently occupied by my young daughter, and there was even a large area at the front of the villa where we could play Petanque (balls provided). It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into every detail of the villa and the result was a very special holiday for us. Pascal and Sylvie were extremely charming hosts, explaining everything to us very clearly upon arrival but then leaving us to ourselves for the remainder of the time! Once again, thank you Pascal and Sylvie for allowing us to enjoy your wonderful home, we hope we may be able to return someday!

When you haven’t been somewhere before it’s always a bit worrying if the place is going to come up to your exasperation well this was well above we had a fabulous stay and all the help we could hope for with our sad ability with french thanks so much and we would definitely recommend your place and we would love to stay again xx

Excellent.Nous venons de passer une quinzaine dans un cadre remarquable; une grande propriete entouree d'oliviers,comprenant un jardin tres fleuri,des terrasses abritees et un superbe piscine. Le tout dans un calme verdoyant,ideal pour le repos et les promenades Quant aux proprietaires Patrick et Christiane, nous les avons trouves charmants et communicatifs. L'appartement est amenage avec beaucoup de soin et de gout. Un vrai plaisir d'y faire sont nid. Une adress a retenir.

As a family of 3 we were very happy in this property. Externally there is a large, pretty garden, a pétanque area, a trampoline and a fantastic swimming pool. There’s also a garage to keep the car cool and secure gates to the entire plot. There are good, long distance forest views of 180 degrees from the villa and pool area. The property faces South and therefore has the sun for morning, day and evening pleasure. Internally there are 4 well appointed bedrooms along with 3 modern bathrooms. The villa was sparkling clean (the cleanest of the many villas that we’ve ever stayed in) and very well equipped (everything was brand new). There are many pretty villages within a 15-20 min radius & Sophie’s restaurant recommendations for lazy lunches were spot on. Garéoult is a 4 min drive down the hill and is a pleasant, authentic village with a pretty church. The friendly, well travelled and hospitable owners are discreet yet on hand (in person or via WhatsApp) for any advice or problems which we found very helpful. We hope to visit again soon and wish Sophie and Michel all the very best.
