The home is peaceful and so relaxing but you still have the convenience of a full kitchen and satellite if you want. There are many squirrels and rabbits that play on the property also!

We enjoyed our weekend stay at the Hillside Hideaway.
Our group of 6 adults an 2 kids really enjoyed our time at the cabin. They had everything we needed. We grilled out an drank our morning coffee on the deck. Very peaceful and relaxing.
Great little place and close to the state park.
Older home with good updates.
This house sits on a quiet, secluded piece of land, which is nice. It was very clean when we arrived. It is an older home with some nice updates. However, I felt like this house is a work in progress that is not yet finished. The main issues we had was the bottom of the tub/shower is stained and you don't really want to put your bare feet in it. Also we had an issue with flies in the house. There are fly swatters hanging in the kitchen which makes me think this is an ongoing problem. We killed about 2 dozen flies, inside the house, in the 3 days we were there. The layout of the home worked great for us, and it is in a great location.
Great cabin with land for the kids to play
We stayed 2 nights and loved it. It was small enough to be cozy but big enough that we didnt feel cramped. Owner was very nice and responsive. It is secluded but not more than 10 minutes or so from town.
Quiet relaxing retreat
Very nice little get away cabin. The home is older but very nice and clean. If you are looking for a place to get away and enjoy the peace and quiet this is the place. Very nice scenic views going to the home and around the home. Awesome deck with great views of the stars on clear nights.Enjoyed our stay.
