This large and light-filled 3 bedroom apartment has been recently renovated and is a great mix of high, beamed ceilings and industrial features with modern amenities. You'll enjoy the gourmet kitchen with upgraded, stainless steel appliances, 2.5 large baths and a master bedroom with an attached bath that has a large soaking tub and separate shower. Two parking spaces are available for your use, along with an outdoor grill and patio area. The unit is on a quiet, tree lined street and is in a convenient location with Tower Grove Park, along with several restaurants and shops around the corner. We loved our stay here! The home was just what we needed, and the owners were great! Good location and nice sitting and parking areas as well. We would definately choose again if we were in the area.

I loved this property. It was very clean, the beds were comfy. I felt like it was a safe part of town. So close to the city! We could get downtown in a matter of minutes. The neighbors were so friendly!

A hidden gem in a terrific location!

This historical home was more than we expected. The homey touches through out the unit is evident of the owners care and attention. We arrived late and Phyllis was so sweet. She met us and gave us a tour of the home. Told us to not hesitate to touch base with her if anything was needed. She was just so kind. The home is an old carriage house that was remodeled. It was so fun to stay here. They also have covered parking in their quaint little courtyard. We are huge St. Louis Cardinal fans and our reason for coming was to attend a game. The location was so close to the stadium and other places we like to go. We found a neat little restaurant that we would recommend called Twisted Ranch. To sum up our stay my husband said as we left..."we will definitely stay here again!" I have never seen a kitchen as well stocked as this kitchen. Fantastic condo - REALLY enjoyed our stay!

I can't say enough good things about our stay at this property. The unit has been totally remodeled and is very loft in feel. High ceilings in a historic building including a kitchen that would be suitable for any chef to entertain. Off street parking and a shared outside area is fantastic.

All that said, the owners, Phyllis and her husband are top in hospitality. They checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and got home to Chicago safely. They had fantastic recommendations for breakfast and lunch around the area.

If you are looking for a central location to get to anywhere downtown St Louis, look no further. HIGHLY recommend this 3 bedroom loft apartment.

Three generations

We only spent 2 nights here, but it was perfect for our needs. Three very large bedrooms and 2 large baths. The kitchen was wonderful with an enormous amount of counter space. The table was large enough for all of us to eat at one setting. The whole house was immaculate and very nicely furnished. The patio is at one end of the parking lot, but we enjoyed sitting out in the evenings and early morning. The parking was very convenient and love the solar panels over the parking area. Phyllis and Stan were great host and we are already talking about returning in the fall when we can plan a longer visit.
