Our terraced house "ROZAVEL": 75m2, large living room on the ground floor, 2 large bedrooms upstairs, 5 beds, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets (one toilet with small sink downstairs, another toilet upstairs, floor), 2 completely private entrances: before and behind the house. Walled garden.

***** The house is located in a small hamlet, 300m from the coastal paths and only 1km from the charming little port of BONO (all shops). Spacious interior (75m2), warm (careful and personalized decoration) and very bright.

***** Very green setting on fully landscaped and flowery land. Countryside view.

Quality services: (see section below: “FACILITIES”).

***** Powerful broadband INTERNET: FIBER installed (teleworking possible: private box in the accommodation, work table available on request)

Large living room on the ground floor with access to a terrace and a CLOSED PRIVATE GARDEN (garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue).

***** KITCHEN fully equipped to cook like at home and entertain if you wish.

Des hôtes absolument charmants et aidants, une arrivée facilitée et de bons conseils pour notre decouverte du Morbihan.Le gite est tout à fait conforme à la description. Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub mit Hund am Golf von Morbihan in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Region ist so abwechslungsreich, dass wir jeden Tag etwas Neues entdecken konnten. Die Ferienwohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen – sie war perfekt ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gut organisiert, sogar ein Trockner war vorhanden.Der wunderschöne Garten mit angrenzender Wiese war ideal zum Entspannen und Spielen. Unsere Gastgeberin, Frau Gaudin, war äußerst zuvorkommend. Sie hat uns mit unzähligen tollen Tipps die Umgebung nähergebracht und alles getan, um unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.Wir hatten zwei sehr erholsame Wochen und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Excursion en Bretagne

Hôtes très sympathiques et très accueillants, superbes maison et jardins tout y est, je leur donne pleins d’étoiles ***** Vraiment parfait sur tous les points ! A notre arrivée, nous avons reçu un accueil hyper chaleureux des propriétaires qui sont très disponibles et vraiment de très bons conseils pour les promenades, visites, restos... La maison est pleine de charme, au calme, avec un magnifique petit jardin sans vis-à-vis. Elle est équipée de tout ce que l on peut avoir besoin. Idéalement située pour découvrir la région, que ce soit à pieds ou en voiture. Lors de notre prochain séjour dans la region, nous louerons à nouveau ce gîte sans hésiter.

Maison très confortable

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires, fort à l'écoute de nos besoins et souhaits. La maison est parfaite, grande et confortable, aucun équipement n'y manque. Le jardin clôturé est très joli, tout est très soigné . La localisation est parfaite, au calme dans la campagne mais près de tout. Nous allons certainement revenir dans cet endroit charmant, où nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine de vacances.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, tolle, ruhige Lage

Frau Gaudin war sehr freundlich, hat eine sehr umfassende Einweisung und Informationen über die Umgebung und das Haus gegeben. Bei Nachfragen hat sie sich sofort zurückgemeldet. Tolle Kommunikation!!! Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, wir empfehlen es trotzdem uneingeschränkt weiter! Die Lage ist wunderbar zentral und schön ruhig. Vielen Dank!

Definitiv empfehlenswert!

Eine super durchdachte Ferienwohnung (alle Schlüssel und Schlüssellöcher waren farbig aufeinander abgestimmt!) Auch die Ausstattung war perfekt - sogar einen Rührstab haben wir entdeckt! An den Wänden hingen schöne Ölgemälde des Vermieters mit Landschaftsimpressionen aus der Umgebung. Die Lage ist insbesondere für Hundebesitzer optimal; man kann direkt vom Haus aus große und abwechslungsreiche Spaziergänge entlang von Pferdekoppeln und durch das Marschland unternehmen. Einziges Manko: die durchgelegene Matratze des Beistellbetts…
