Just steps away from the west deck, you can have your toes in the sand in just a few seconds from leaving your condo. This unit comfortably sleeps 6 and is the perfect getaway spot for couples or families. Capri 114 sleeps 6. 2 Queen size beds and a sleeper sofa. Friday to Friday rental. Seasonal Beach Service (March 15 - October 31) is included with the rentals (2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily on the beach). NO TENTS OR CANOPIES ALLOWED ON BEACH. Complimentary wifi included for streaming your favorite TV apps! Cable not provided.

Destin, Florida is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village", but we do not stop there! The whitest beaches of Florida and the Emerald Green waters are unmatched. Fall break sister trip!!!

I have stayed in 3 different condos and I have to say 114 needs a major upgrade! It could be really nice with a few changes. Carpet needs to go!!! I love the easy access to the beach and having the chairs and umbrella included with the condo is the BEST!!!! I will be back for sure!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Capri by the Gulf is the only place that we will stay now when we go to Destin. We have stayed in several different units the last two years. The convenience of parking right in front of the unit and steps away from the beach make the experience over high rise condos much more enjoyable. The laundry facilities have been updated. Generally quiet and also the section of the beach is not overly crowded. Some units are a little more updated than others but overall the ones we have stayed in have been clean and comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WE love the Capri and always stay here. We have stayed in at least four different units over the years. It's great to just pull up to your room and then be 20ft from the sand on the beach. Our rooms are always clean. It may be an older converted Motel but it is so very quaint. The property managers are beyond welcoming and quite friendly. We had a maintenance issue this year with the air conditioning and the staff was on it immediately and willing to move us to an empty unit if it was going to be a timely repair. The location is perfect. Will continue to return to the Capri as long as we keep coming back to Destin.

Always great to be steps away from the beach at the Capri!

We are always pleased with the units convenience to the beach, shopping and restaurants.We appreciate the gated community and the double parking for each unit. The ease of towel exchange is great. The best part is having your own private beach area less congested than other areas. We love having our chairs and umbrellas set up for us, we just kick back and enjoy.Some units are upgraded more than others. It would be nice if each owner would go in and do a total upgrade but it won’t keep us away!
