Cet appartement est un F3/F4 duplex tout en bois clair avec une mezzanine et deux chambres séparées à l'étage + une mezzanine.(dont 8 couchages maximum).

Il se situ au centre du village mais SANS LE BRUIT DU CENTRE!

Au départ des remontées mécaniques du nouveau tramway du Mont-Blanc!
Au départ du nouvel Ascenseur Panoramique qui vous permet d'aller aux Thermes et dans la vallée à pied et Gratuitement!
Tous déplacements peuvent se faire sans voiture! dans le village, les navettes GRATUITES s’arrêtent au pied de l’appartement, ce qui vous permet d'aller au village, au ski, aux Thermes l’Oréal, ou en randonnée de montagne sur le Mont Blanc, sans nécessiter de voiture.
TOUT LE SEJOUR PEUT SE FAIRE SANS VOITURE!!!!

Une première chambre à l'étage avec un lit deux places.
Une deuxième chambre à l’étage avec deux lits superposés (vous disposez ainsi de plus de place pour les enfants) et un bureau deux places.
Une mezzanine/salon à l’étage équipée d’un canapé convertible qui peut servir de salle de jeux avec TV grand écran,
ou bien encore servir d’un troisième espace de nuit en dépliant le canapé…(lit bébé parapluie compris).

Le salon / cuisine avec une table pour 6 personnes et un confortable canapé convertible, comprend aussi une télévision (donc 2 TV dans l’appartement).

Une cuisine intégrée comprend un frigo, un micro-onde et chaleur tournante, et une plaque vitrocéramique.

Les toilettes sont séparées de la salle de bain qui comprend une douche hydromassante.

Un placard à ski, un parking extérieur gratuit ainsi qu'un GARAGE (box ouvert en sous sol ) sont a votre disposition.

Un grand PARC DE JEUX pour enfant entièrement clôturé est à proximité à PIED.

LE CALME EST ABSOLU, et la vue depuis la terrasse (photo) est imprenable sur toute la vallée illuminée la nuit, et les montagnes.

Two great days in Saint Gervais

Great location to discover the landescape around St. Gervais. The flat was clean and big enough for a family with 6 persons. It was very easy to communicate with the friendly host.

We enjoyed a short stay at this apartment as a family with 2 children. The apartment presents as a cosy little place with a lovely view out towards the valley below and mountain beyond. It’s a short walk to the center ville where there are a range of bars and restaurants. The trails are steep & will test any hiker or trail runner!

Beautiful views, great location

We loved our stay here. It’s cozy, simple, has a beautiful view, and the location is great for walking to and from town for the great restaurants . I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the afternoon sun, what a treat. We also took the tramway just round the corner. Be aware that you need to take all bed linen (unless I missed something, which is possible, this detail was only sent out the day before and we were already traveling). The proprietor was really helpful and amazing at replying very quickly.

Exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and a short walk away from Saint Gervais town Square. Lots of restaurant choices and places to rent skis. From where we rented our skis in the town Square we hopped on the town’s free bus that took us over to the Saint Gervais upper gondola,, easy peasy. At the end of the day, we rode the bus back to the town Square where we stored our skis for the night. We skied both San Gervais and Maev with ease. Check in and check out with easy, communication with the owner was in French, nothing Google translate can’t solve. Note: the hot tub is not in the complex. It is in the town’s thermal spa that you must walk or ride the bus to. Great value in a super cute French ski town. Highly recommend.

The apartment is very nice and Dominique was super nice. Two point that might interest future renters: 1) There is no WiFi in the apartment. There supposed to be reception of the town public WiFi but it was not available when we were there. If it is important to you I advise to verify it before reservation 2) The top shower head is not working. Might be an issue to some people

Nice appartment, a few shortcomings

Overall we've had a good stay and the value for money is excellent. Location is also good, quiet indeed and still only 10 minutes walking to the centre or to the skilift. Only four stars because Wifi was advertised by VRBO/Arbitel but not available. Also a lack of decent closets in the bedrooms was annoying especially because it's a small appartment. And the dining table only has 4 chairs, we could take 1 extra chair from the balcony which was good enough for our family but how would you fit 6 on this table? Finally, it would have been good if it was advertised that the bedrooms are all connected and 1 is reached via the other. Not a big problem for us but for some others it may be

Appartement très bien situé. Tout à pied avec la navette pour rejoindre la télécabine ou l'ascenseur pour les thermes. Accès facile au centre ville. Seul bémol parking bien plein au pied de la résidence, pas évident d'avoir une place.

Un magnifique appartement. Juste à remarque sur la sécurité de la porte d’entrée. Nous n’arrivons pas à bien fermé. En plus il est important de prévenir les voyageurs qui viennent sans voiture que la télécabine ne fonctionne pas tout le temps donc que ça peut compliquer le séjour, puisque il faut plus de 35 min pour arriver à la gare. Merci!

Bonjour Fernando, Nous ne comprenons pas votre message ? pourquoi vous nous avez pas posé la question ? c’est une serrure sécurisée 3 points, il suffit de te mettre la poignée vers le haut avant de tourner la clés. nous serions venu vous montrer … Hors saisons, il y a des interruptions de télécabines comme dans toutes les stations de ski. comme nous vous l’avons conseillé avant votre arrivée, vous pouvez voir tous ces détails sur l’application Saint Gervais. Et beaucoup de personnes viennent à Saint Gervais sans avoir besoin des télécabines… nous sommes vraiment désolé que vous n’ayez pas prie contact avec nous . Ce que nous avons fort apprécié :- Très belle vue depuis la terrasse- Emplacement tout proche à pied du centre de Saint-Gervais- Communication rapide et très agréable - Propreté impeccableCe que nous avons moins aimé :- 2e chambre : en enfilade, pas signalé dans l'annonce - Quelques manques niveau vaisselle signalés au propriétaire et qui seront donc remis en ordre sous peu- Pas de parasol ni de protection solaire sur le balcon, or le soleil y donne tout l'après-midi - Difficile de trouver une place dans le parking (pourtant privé) après 19h30
