Elegant newly built villa "Sicilyhome", completely independent with 6 beds located at c. to. 500 meters from Marzamemi beach and 1.5 km (1 minute by car) from S. Lorenzo.
The villa consists of two bedrooms upstairs with a shared balcony overlooking the property. The first bedroom has a double bed; the second bedroom has two single beds, with the possibility of a double bed. Bathroom with shower. The ground floor has a kitchen, living room with sofa bed and bathroom. The villa has a large outdoor area with a roofed terrace where there is a large built-in kitchen with barbecue and shower after the sea.
The house is very comfortable, located in a quiet, cool and ventilated area, equipped with TV, washing machine, fridge, espresso machine, dishes and anything else you need for common use, linens (beds - kitchen - bathroom)
Excellent location to reach all services, at the village of Marzamemi which is about 1km away: market, tourist port, information point, restaurants, ATMs, etc. The heart of the ancient village of Marzamemi is easily reachable with a pleasant walk on the seafront in 15 minutes, where you can admire the beauty of the country and taste typical fish dishes and excellent wines from the land of Sicily at its restaurants .
Marzamemi, location sought after by important directors, home of the frontier cinema that in recent years has had a strong echo and appeal.

Ottima casa in ottima posizione

La casa è alle porte di Mazzamemi in un quartiere tranquillo di piccole costruzioni indipendenti. La strada verso il mare, distante 500m circa, non presenta traffico o incroci pericolosi. La casa fa parte di una struttura "bifamigliare". E' la casa delle vacanze del proprietario, questo fa si che sia fornita di ogni oggetto utile. Gli ambienti esterni ed interni sono confortevoli, curati e spaziosi. E' presente anche una doccia esterna con acqua calda. L'ambiente più meritevole è la cucina esterna con ampio spazio coperto che permette di soggiornare all'aperto in tutti i momenti casalinghi della vita diurna. Segnale WiFi molto buono. Gli unici 2 aspetti non positivi, non dipendenti dal proprietario, ma che incidono leggermente sono: - mancanza dell'illuminazione pubblica in tutti il quartiere, rendendo impossibile fare direttamente una passeggiata serale verso Mazzamemi; per cui è consigliato spostarsi con l'auto fino al mare - qualità dell'acqua potabile molto scarsa Proprietario molto disponibile per informazioni sulla casa e sul territorio.

lovely outdoor space in the house

Salvo was very available and helpful, nice location to visit seaside areas and beautiful art towns as well. The outdoor space of the house in particular is really lovely.

Strandurlaub in Marzamemi

Alles perfekt. Die Erwartungen wahrlich übertroffen. Den Salvatore's Haus und Gastfreundlichkeit können wir mit leichtem Herzen weiter empfehlen. Höhepunkte: Grill draussen, viel Platz, alles im Haus durchgedacht, Entfernung zum Meer.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem Traumhaus

Das Haus hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es hat alles was man braucht auch für einen längeren Urlaub. In Wirklichkeit sieht sogar schöner als auf den Photos. Der ganze Außenbereich ist wirklich traumhaft mit der Küche, der Dusche und den verschiedenen Ambienten. Die Matratze war sehr sehr bequem, was für einen längeren Urlaub äußerst wichtig ist. Die Lage war sehr ruhig und man konnte nachts sogar das Rauschen des Meeres hören. Man kann zu Fuß zum Strand und zum wunderschönen Marzamemi. Ansonsten mit dem Auto sind das wirklich 5 Minuten. Noch dazu ist Salvo ein hervorragender Gastgeber: der hat uns im Vorab viele Infos geschickt, war immer hilfsbereit und hat sich auch nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Die Gegend ist sehr schön (auch wenn die Restaurants in Marzamemi übertrieben teuer sind) und hat an Natur und Sehenswürdigkeiten viel anzubieten. Das Haus und seine Lage sowie die freundliche und herzliche Art von Salvo haben diesen Urlaub besonders gemacht.

Perfect house for sea holidays

We had the best time at Salvo’s place. The house is super comfortable, all what you might need is provided, incl. basic consumables like coffee, oil, sugar, but also laundry soap, hand paper, toilet paper, shampoo etc. So this makes the first couple of days very easy, no need to run to a supermarket for instance (of course you might need to refill what you use up). We basically lived outdoors all day long, as a nice kitchen, an amazing shower and a spaceful garden were really all what we needed (and if it wasn’t too cold, we could even sleep outside on the comfortable chairs). We very much liked to just drop our stuff in/out the car without needing the climb stairs, walk to a parking slot etc — which was great for all the children stuff + stroller. Only downside were the roads and circulation around, which really discouraged us from walking/biking to the sea or downtown. However, we could always park like 10 meters from the beach or near any place we went, so, considering the hot weather (end of July), it was maybe the best option anyway. Marzamemi is beautiful, but we also enjoyed some sites nearby, e.g. the Archimede technopark in Siracusa (very intersting for kids of all ages), obviously Noto and more. The sea is clean , transparent and warm, tourism is not massive, and definitely a come-back region for us!

Lovely house in a great position

We had a fabulous stay in Salvo’s lovely house near the sea in Marzamemi. The house has everything you need and we really liked the outdoor kitchen which meant that you could live totally outside. The garden gave lots of space3 for sunbathing in and out of the shade. Salvo himself is a lovely guy and so very helpful in explaining how everything worked and also advising on places to go. The location is also excellent. You are close to Marzamemi - 15 minutes walk - but not too close so that it is too busy in summer. You also have a choice of excellent beaches in San Lorenzo. Having bikes at the house meant for local trips - including to the nature reserve, it is not necessary to use the car. We had an excellent time and would recommend the house and Salvo to everyone.

Comoda, ben situata e adatta a famiglie

Abbiamo appena trascorso 2 settimane stupende nella bellissima e comodissima casa di Salvo e famiglia. Perfetta per famiglie con bimbi; la cucina e la doccia esterna sono veramente utilissime. Salvo saprà darvi indicazioni riguardo spiagge, ristoranti e negozi vari. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere lidi e mari limpidissimi e per visitare città incantevoli. Da provare! Ancora un grande grazie a Salvo e alla sua simpaticissima famiglia. Un abbraccio

Tutto perfetto

Il nostro soggiorno è stato reso indimenticabile sia per la bellezza della struttura che per la disponibilità del proprietario. La casa, che gia ci era sembrata bella in foto, ci ha regalato una incredibile sorpresa perché dotata di ogni confort che la rende adatta a qualsiasi esigenza. Il proprietario è stato molto cortese e disponibile sin dall'inizio.

Beautiful house near by the sea

Salvatore the landlord of the house was very friendly and gave us alot of tips and hints about the good restaurants in Mazamemi. Further he introduce us about the beautiful beaches and the destinations of Sicily. It was a pleasure to stay in the nice villa. Nothing was missing.

Soggiorno eccellente

Casa ideale per famiglie con bambini dotata di ottime rifiniture sia per gli spazi interni che per quelli esterni. Il contesto è silenzioso e comodissima la vicinanza al mare. Il nostro giudizio complessivo è ottimo; consigliamo questa meta e questa dimora a chiunque voglia veramente rilassarsi e godere delle bellezze della Sicilia!

Casa Bellisima come sulle Foto

Abbiamo fatto 2 Settimane a Luglio la Casa e bella e a tutti i confort come sulla descrizzione la Cucina fuori con il Barbecue sono ottimi come la Doccia fuori La Spiaggia si puo raggungere a piedi ca. 500 m Il proprietario Salvo e la sua Famiglia ci anno fatto sentire come a Casa nostra e ci anno dato anche dei consigli dove andare a Mangiare

really nice house in a quite and relaxing area. just a few minutes to the beach and marzamemi town by foot. salvatore the landlord was very nice and helpful giving us a lot of tips! 5 of 5 stars. nothing to criticize.

Marzamemi 2016

Abbiamo fatto due settimane ad agosto, l'abitazione è così come in foto, accogliente e comprensiva di ogni confort, cucina esterna con barbecue, doccia esterna super comoda per il rientro dal mare e due camere fresche ed arieggiate per far fronte alla calura estiva. Il paese è comodamente raggiungibile a piedi così come il mare, splendido sia lì che a pochi chilometri. Il proprietario Salvo e la sua famiglia ci hanno fatto sentire a casa dandoci degli ottimi consigli sul nostro soggiorno, veramente delle splendide persone. Consiglio il soggiorno in questa terra baciata dal sole.

Bellissima e nuovissima abitazione

Marzamemi, casa vacanza 6007819. Mezza bifamiliare ristrutturata da pochissimo, disposta su 2 livelli con ampio spazio esterno e patio dove abbiamo trascorso piacevoli serate in relax sulle comode sdraio reclinabili. Cucina e grill in muratura e doccia esterni ci hanno consentito di trascorrere tutto il tempo all'aria aperta. Anche l'interno della casa, ben arredata e dotata di tutti i confort, ci ha consentito di trascorrere 15 giorni piacevolissimi e notti di vero riposo. Nonostante le alte temperature del periodo, la ventilazione naturale che si crea al piano superiore ci suggeriva persino di coprirci col lenzuolo. Non abbiamo mai avuto bisogno di utilizzare l'aria condizionata predisposta in casa. Siamo stati davvero meglio che a casa nostra e abbiamo apprezzato più di tutto la cortesia e la disponibilità dei proprietari: una numerosa famiglia composta da splendide persone che speriamo di rivedere in prossimo anno.
