Alpine Creek #4 is managed by locally owned and operated property manager Cottonwood Lodging Company where the guest experience is most important. Please reach out for information about the area and other services offered by Cottonwood Lodging.

Alpine Creek #4 is located on the top floor of a 4-unit condo building at Solitude Village.  This perfectly styled condo has gorgeous views, speedy WiFi (50+mbps), a well-appointed kitchen, vaulted ceilings for a more spacious feel, a gas fireplace, and one king, one full bed, and a sleeper sofa. Walking distance to slopes and Solitude Village restaurants and shops (less than 550 yards!). Apex Lift is about a 7-minute walk away, or you can ski most of the distance when the road is snow-covered (please note - the walk back home will be slightly uphill)! Situated above the activity of the village, the Alpine Creek building has only four units with maximum privacy and VIEWS! Free access to Club Solitude with its outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise, game, and movie room.

NOTE: GARAGE IS NOT AVAILABLE - ONE EXTERIOR PARKING PLACE ONLY.

MAIN FLOOR:
-Living Room- With a cozy armchair and sofa (which is a pullout), gas fireplace and smart TV, it's the perfect space to relax off the slopes.

-Primary Bedroom- Featuring a cozy King bed, TV, and private bathroom (toiletries provided).

-Kitchen/Dining- Our kitchen has everything you need for meal prep! The dining table seats 4 and is attached to the kitchen island, making it easy to keep the chef company.

-Common Bathroom- A full bathroom with shower off the kitchen.

LOFT:
-Queen Bedroom- The loft provides a queen bed and private full bathroom!

LAUNDRY ROOM:
-Full-Sized Washer/Dryer- We have a private laundry room located one floor below the unit entrance! Detergent is provided.

First Ill start with the host. The are very communicative, I texted with some questions and they responded very quickly. They were super helpful and very friendly. Second lets talk the condo. Really nice place, plenty of room for my brother, his son and I. the bed were comfy including the fold out couch. Condo was well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, spices pots pans etc. All in all a great stay!

Great view, omfortable, convienent walk to village

The place was cozy and clean with a great view of the village and slopes. It was great to have a private bathroom for each bedroom plus a third for the common area. The beds were so comfortable! It was great to have the use of the laundy facilities since we stayed for a week, and management was so helpful. We would definately stay here again!

The kitchen is well equipped though our cooking was minimal. The gas fireplace kept the living room warm. The beds were very comfortable. As it was snowy during our visit, we wish we had access to the garage to store the car overnight. We knew this in advance, but it would have been nice to not have to dig the car out of a snowpile in the morning.

When there was fresh snow on the road, you could ski all the way down to the lifts. That said, it is a bit of a hike back up to the lodge at the end of the day, but totally fine. Club Solitude is a great amenity as well.The kitchen is well stocked with all of your needs for cooking.Also, the neighbors in the building were incredibly nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The road/hill getting up to the property is long and steep, especially carrying ski/snowboard gear. This unit is ski-out with plenty of snow but is not ski-in, this required a very long walk carrying gear. Also, the unit is a 1 bedroom and 1 loft area with beds. The hot tub is also as far away as the lift area, it's a club that is shared with very large properties which means... yes... very full. Great view and 3 bathrooms, very well stocked with everything needed for a long stay. Comfy beds as well! We had 3 adults and it was tight.

Lovely place but be ready to WALK!

The place is super clean, the kitchen is very well stocked, the communication for the property management company was excellent, amazing views, 3 full bathrooms, there is also a pull out couch not mentioned which helped us out, ultimately close to the lifts(just a steep hike back to the house) FYI: The google maps directions takes you to the wrong place. Keep the PDF they send you ready to go as you travel in. The address that you can see on the building is not the address you see in the PDF. (Just follow the directions on the PDF to get there). YOU MUST have a 4x4 car and even then it can be challenging. We had a Chevy Truck and had issues because there was 9" of snow falling the night we arrived. That being said; try not to arrive at night! (Which they do warn you about). In order to ski/board you can ski down the hill but it will be a 1/2 mile walk to walk back up to the house. Be ready for that. You will definitely get your steps in.

Lovely home. Well equipped.

The condo was nicely.furnished and well kept. It was somewhat small for 5 of us. The living room area is quite small and has a pullout queen size bed which was comfortable. The master on the 1st floor had a good bed, but the upstairs bed was not good. My daughter-in-law ended up sleeping on the sofa bed with her 6 year old since she was so uncomfortable in the bed in the loft. It would be best for 4 people. There is only 1 parking space at the condo so be prepared for that. The little market in the village in Solitude is outrageous so bring food from outside-$9 for a dozen eggs.

Unit was very nice. Beds great and kitchen great. Two slight defects: 1). Cable TV did not function because of snow on sattelite dish. However, firestick allowed us to watch using Ruku. 2) Hike up hill afterskiing was tough.
