This charming Provencal villa appearance hides an interior completely renovated in a style more modern. Everything is clean, contemporary, and functional.
A living room with a large kitchen opens onto the sunny terrace, facing the pool and the sea. In the hall, a sofa bed allows to add two additional beds in three rooms already exist, for a total capacity of 8 people. This home also offers 3 bathrooms.
Outside, a beautiful garden and a large flat lawned part, allows children and adults to enjoy the magnificent view of the sea and the Esterel Mountains.
The land is fenced and closed with an electric gate, it is possible to park three cars in the garden.
1 km you can reach the shopping center La Bastide where you will find bakery, pastry shop, fish shop, restaurants, supermarket, laundry, etc.
And the beautiful beach of Baumette is closest (1 4km).
The center of St Raphael is about 15 minutes.

Linen is not provided, but packs can be hired for €25/person/week, including sheets, bath towels, bathroom mats and kitchen rags (contact Les Vacances de Magali to book your linen packs at least one week before your arrival).

Great house. Amazing views. Fantastic heated pool that we used everyday. Very clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed. In a great location too.

La villa est conforme a la description la piscine est chauffee Pour acceder a la villa un plan est disponible apres la barrière qui donne acces a la résidence Petit bemol la poignee de la porte du compartiment congelateur est cassee celui ci etait completement givre sur plusieurs centimetres nous avons du proceder a l aide d un seche cheveux a la decongelationPb signale a l agence avec photo a l appui Un kit avec eponge, une ou deux tablettes pour le lave vaisselle et au moins un rouleau de papier toilette dans chaque wc pourrai être mis a dispositionLe site est magnifique il y a quand meme des entreprises qui travaillent et les 3 derniers jours des bruits de taille haie ,souffleurs,marteau piqueurs sont venus troubler la quietude des lieux mais nous comprenons que l entretien doive se faire

Une belle petite maison, à remplacer les poëles et l‘aspirateur, les draps n‘avaient pas les bonnes tailles pour les housses dans la chambre avec les deux lits, une deuxième petite serviette pour chacun serait bien pour le kit ménage;) merci

Schöne Villa in toller Lage

Die Villa liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Gebiet mit schöner Aussicht. Absolute Privatsphäre. Die Angaben der Vermieter passen genau. Für uns war der beheizte Pool aufgrund der abnehmenden Wassertemperatur des Meeres im Herbst genial.

Séjour très réussi!

Maison très fonctionnelle, et propre. Cadre calme et verdoyant, avec une très belle vue. Nombreux sentiers de randonnée de l'Esterel accessible à pied ainsi que les commodités d'Agay. Merci à Magali pour l'acceuil et la logistique.

Das Haus war wirklich sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Immer wieder gerne und jederzeit.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und wir waren nur 2 mal im Markt einkaufen.

Perfekter Urlaub

Es gibt Häuser, die man betritt und sich sofort wohlfühlt. Dieses gehört für uns dazu. Sehr gut ausgestattet, auch für mehrere Personen. Zweckmäßig und schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Alles so, wie es auf den Fotos dargestellt und beschrieben ist. Die Lage und der Blick sind fantastisch, das eingezäunte Grundstück unglaublich schön. Ein Traum nicht nur für uns, sondern auch für die Hunde. Die Betreuung durch Magali war vor und während der Reise sehr unkompliziert und einwandfrei. Vielen Dank dafür!
