The apartment is located on the top floor of one of the buildings on the cliff facing the bay of Sorrento. The building is in a private residential park where guests have access (by lift) to the private beach that can be used exclusively by the residents of the park; on the solarium guests will find the house's sunbeds and chairs. The view is stanning. The flat is quite large (140 square meters) and it consists of 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the living room, the dining room, the kitchen with patio and two balconies. The bedrooms have large double beds. The bathrooms have showers and bidets. In the flat, guests will find a telescope and a rowing machine.

Beautiful Apartment in Sorrento

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with a wraparound balcony on the cliffs overlooking the Napoli Bay in Sorrento. 15 minute easy walk to the center of Sorrento with all of the shops and restaurants, or to the train station or ferry. The views are breathtaking and the Manager, Mario Acanfora was gracious and very helpful with recommendations. It is every bit as good as the pictures and was an ideal base for trips to Pompeii, Capri and the Amalfi Coast.

Beautiful views, lovely beach access

I will begin this review by complimenting Mario for all of his assistance with the apartment. Mario's company manages the rental of the apartment and his responsiveness to rectifying a number of issues we experienced upon our arrival with the AC units, water pressure, and insufficient hot water in the shower was exemplary. He also went to the supermarket to purchase some food essentials for us and helped us arrange activities. The views from the apartment are beautiful. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms were comfortable. The location was convenient to a number of restaurants and was a 20 minute walk to Sorrento center. Having access to the private beach was a very nice amenity. The lift to the beach requires 2€ each way. Would have preferred en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom. The apartment is on the top floor with no lift so be prepared to climb flights of stairs. The apartment is owned by an accomplished artist and the apartment is filled with his photography. We were traveling with our 11y/o granddaughter and I think it is important to note that the theme of some of the artwork is more suited to adults. Had it not been for the issues we encountered upon our arrival I would have given the apartment a higher overall review. However, I give Mario 5 stars!

Spectacular Sorrento Apartment Overlooking Bay of Naples

Wow! what a place! Private and out of the way, fantastic view of Mt. Vesuvius from the veranda, and access to an ultimate private beach! Mario and Rafaelle met us at the apartment to show us how everything worked and introduced us to the lifeguard at the beach. Mario even spent a short time giving us Americans a lesson on how to use an espresso coffee maker. We enjoyed our Italian coffee every morning watching the incoming ferries, cruise ships and waiting for the fog to lift off the mountain. Daily cleaning service was very welcome. Well appointed and comfortable furnishings - both bedrooms having access to the wrap around porch. Great jumping off point for visits to Capri and Amalfi coast. The apartment owner is a well know photographer to the area - the apartment has several examples of his work - we also visited his exhibition at a church in Sorrento one evening. Mario was extremely helpful - restaurant recommendations, directions to a grocery store, tour arrangements and making contact with a lemon farm for a private lunch. 15-20 minute walk to center of Sorrento. Highly recommend staying in this apartment or any other property Mario represents. We could go on for days about this absolutely superb piece of heaven!

The property was gorgeous!! The view was amazing.

The apartment was perfect. It was very spacious, super clean and had a view from every room except the kitchen. Mario and Raffaele were there to meet us and carried our luggage to the 5 th floor!! The fact that there is no lift could be a problem for some visitors. The only problem that we had was there were ants. The ants were very small and we tried to take of them with bug spray but they would show up again. No big deal really except when we bought this to the attention of Mario, there was no response.
