With a huge yard and ample space to sleep 10, this property is perfect for family gatherings or group getaways. Located almost within eyeshot of the Titan's stadium, you can reach downtown Nashville in just 10 minutes, placing you at the heart of the city's vibrant culture.



This home is not only spacious but also pet-friendly, allowing up to 2 dogs to join your stay. The fully fenced yard is ideal for your furry friends to play and enjoy the outdoors. Our beds are the comfiest around, ensuring a restful night's sleep that will have you asking about them.

Getting Around:

Nashville has several transportation options available including Uber and Lyft, but our driveway is huge, so feel free to bring your car, too!

Here are a few simple reminders for your stay:

- Dogs are welcome for an additional $200/dog fee, charged after your confirmed booking, and a signed pet agreement.

- We cherish our neighborhood and kindly ask that you treat our neighbors and property with the same care as you would your own home.

- We typically do not host local residents and may ask about the purpose of your stay. We reserve the right to decline bookings if necessary.

- There is a refundable security deposit of $500 charged separately before check in for any reservations between 22 days and 6 months, and a deposit of $1,000 charged separately before check in for any reservations over 6 months.

- Guests must be at least 18 years old to book with us.

- As is standard with all of our homes, we do request additional guest verification including signing a liability agreement after booking.



Interaction with Guests:

We pride ourselves on responding as quickly as possible to our guests. We also have the capability of providing add-on optional concierge services by request, and can facilitate anything from a stocked refrigerator to arranging for onsite entertainment, dinner reservations, etc. We look forward to hosting you!
