4 Bedroom, 2 Bath Modern Family Home with Private In-Ground Pool. Pool is surrounded by a child safe fence. Fiber optic perimeter lights surround the pool and make evening swims fun.

New Hollywood inflatable LED Saluspa Hottub has been added as a winter water feature. Hot-tub is located in a private unfinished basement. Lock and child safety door alarm have been added to access door to enhance safety. Maximum temperature is 104 degrees. Entire jacuzzi glows inside and out. Remote control allows user to customize the setting to their favorite color.

Swimming is NOT allowed between the hours of 10 pm and 9 am.

NO local visitors or day guests are permitted.

Bath 1 on the main floor features a Jacuzzi tub with in line heater. This means the water doesn't get cold; so put in your movie and watch on the built in screen. Kids don't complain about taking a bath in this tub. Bath also has high end water features, custom cabinetry, and stereo speakers to listen to your favorite music.

Main floor master bedroom has an elegant Crate and Barrel modern canopy bed.

Bath 2 on the 2nd floor has a skylight in the shower, so you can view the stars. A heat lamp is an additional plus.

Both upstairs bedrooms contain skylights to watch the stars as you fall asleep.

Bedrooms feature Silpure Silver antimicrobial pillows, a patented antimicrobial product that contains ultra-fine silver crystals to provide lasting cleanliness and freshness.

Kitchen contains a deionized reverse osmosis water system for pure filtered drinking water and ice. Attached to the kitchen is a polka dot stainless steel laundry room. This makes it easy to prepare dinner, do laundry, and watch the kids swim. High end Fisher and Paykel top load dryer and washer available. Detergents, softener, and stain removers provided. The floor is heated for cooler months.

The home is just blocks from Starbucks, authentic Italian dining at 'The Hill' and St Louis' favorite Ted Drewe's frozen custard. Walk to Donut Drive-In, antique shopping, the park, tennis courts and an outdoor hockey rink. A new IHop was just built within walking distance.

The best in St. Louis!This was the perfect family-friendly home in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Getting to the zoo, science museum, and art museum was a breeze. The kids loved the pool and enjoyed the hot tub, too!Deborah was an amazing host—great communication and so thoughtful. This was the best place we have ever stayed! The host went above and beyond. She decorated the kids rooms in Disney themes and set up many special toys for the kids to play with, some of which they could even take home! She provided treats for the kids and eye masks for the parents. Everywhere we turned, there was something special waiting for us! The house was clean and charming; it felt like your favorite trip to Grandma's house as a kid! It was so cool! The pool was amazing, with plenty of fun floaties and even bubbles! Thought of everything for a kid friendly family

This was the perfect location for going to the zoo, the science center, and the Botanical Gardens. Our family had so much fun in the early evenings playing in the heated pool!!!! There were many toys both indoors and out doors, to keep the children entertained. I would give 5 stars but the beds were not super comfortable, and the living room furniture, though it was adorable, it was not very comfy cozy for relaxing on after a long day. We had a great time and the host Debbie, was extremely thoughtful!

The home has wonderful curb appeal and is full of charm. The host went out of their way to make the home inviting to the many children we had with us. The pool was wonderful. Everything was thought of in regard to floaties, towels, puddle jumpers, etc. Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. Gas range was a big positive for the chef in the family. On street parking was perfect! Never had an issue parking our two vehicles out front. Not being able to stream forced the family to talk to one another which anymore is a lost art. Great house, neighborhood, and host!

Fantastic for families

The owner went above and beyond to make the home ready for my grandsons. Toys, art supplies and many other kid-surprises were waiting all over the house when we arrived. The kids were in heaven and I felt they were welcome, and not just tolerated!The pool was great and we were able to enjoy it even on chilly days. The hot tub in the basement was fun too!Location was fantastic. It was 15 minutes from everything we wanted to see, plus walking distance to a nice park with playgrounds and also a fantastic donut shop. Now the grandkids want to live in St Louis when they grow up!

This property was my family home for thirty plus years. My 5 children were raised here. It is full of fun and upscale features your family will love too. It is a great neighborhood. The home is close to playgrounds, parks, the St Louis Zoo, the Arch, Ted Drewes Frozen Custard, and 'The Hill' (some of St Louis' best Italian restaurants and bakers).

What makes this property unique

Polka dot stainless steel laundry room with circle glass blocks and heated floor. You may even call this the Polka Dot house when you leave. We have created custom architectural features with love over 25 years, throughout the home. The home is very kid friendly! The in-ground pool has lots of floats, toddler Puddle-jumpers, life vests, and pool toys.
