1 queen bed in master bedroom, 1 queen bed in guest or office room, 1 queen sofa bed for extra accommodation (sleeps 6 max). Bathtub/shower in master bedroom, shower for guest bathroom. Books and board games for entertainment, TV's and DVDs in bedrooms. Also available: Fully equipped kitchen (all dishes porcelain & plastic, cooking utensils and silverware) with Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Fridge, Stove, Microwave Oven. Water filtered in the whole building. Beach equipment: chairs, mats, towels. Large lounge terrace with wheelchair access ramp if necessary. Building has elevators, parking underground, and a gym on the ground floor. The rooftop has pool, jacuzzi and seating area where the breathtaking views of the sea and the town are. Unit is on (Mexican) first floor (one level above the ground floor) for quick access. The apartment has a large terrace which extends from main living room and kitchen for entertaining during the summer/autumn vacations, including the rainy days because its covered. During the Winter/Springs months, terrace is preferably left closed with its double glass doors to avoid the noise from busy bus stop during high season, but still bringing bright light all year round. The unit is special needs accesible and some ADA products are available on request.

Why Erick Merino chose Romantic Zone

I have always loved this place, even before the new building was constructed. I thought that if I were to retire in Puerto Vallarta, this location would be the perfect spot, and lucky for me The Park was developed. I was the first to buy and the first to receive and design a unit to make it a welcoming home.

What makes this apartment unique

I love this unit because it is only one story up - in case of power outs or emergencies, it's easy to have access. The condo terrace sits between two palm trees and both bedrooms have natural light. I chose to have an open plan so the master bedroom opens to the large living area and the terrace so it can all be integrated, or close the doors for privacy. It is the only unit in the whole complex with this feature. The decoration is unique, All the framed paintings are from Mexican artists expanding almost 90 years combined with wall tattoo art for a contemporary feel. Wheelchair friendly: 24" to enter bathroom, Transfer board, Transfer bench, home bed assist, shower head with pause switch (on loan, as is, can be provided)

Very clean and great location. Easy check in!

Had a great stay at this building. Wonderful and friendly staff in a secure location. Speaking of the location it's perfect! Right across the street from all the gay bars and just a short walk to the beach. I especially loved the in unit laundry. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing location and great people!

Our stay at the Park was amazing! The location was the best part since it was only two blocks from the Malecon. The view from the pool was also a huge plus! We felt safe at all times when staying here and all the workers downstairs were super helpful. Loved staying here. Overall, great spot for a good vacay.

Incredibly comfortable Vacation Home

"Wow" was the group consensus when we walked into the condo. It was incredibly comfortable for our group of 5 people. Super comfortable beds, 2 spacious modern bathrooms and up to date appliances including a water purifier in the fridge and even a dishwasher. Not to mention in suite laundry. What a find! The condo was easily accessible for walking around Old Town... and just seconds from the Saturday Farmers market across the street. The Staff that work are incredibly friendly and greet us daily. The Roof top pool had amazing views of the town and water. A great place to relace after enjoying the heat of Vallarta. Next time may even consider going to butcher I found walking around and getting some meat to BBQ on the rooftop BBQ!

The Property Manager (Mary) for this condo was extremely helpful in helping organize our stay and pointed directions to various restaurants and stores to help make our stay comfortable. She kept us advised of building maintenance that was ongoing. And even helped problem solve issues with the in suite safe.

Would highly recommend this condo to friends and family; but only if I am not trying to book the condo first.

Lovely unit, great location, amazing view!

Unit: Well appointed and new – the owner provided us with a list of everything contained in the unit which helped when packing! Also there are distinct AC units in each bedroom and living area with ceiling fan in each of the bedrooms which was especially useful since we did not want to open the windows at night. Wifi and cable (Spanish only) are available if you want to lounge around the apartment

Building: when you exit the elevators on the 7th floor, you understand why this is a great building. The view is amazing and the pool is great both for laps and relaxing. There are long chairs albeit not many in the shade. There’s also a covered seating and eating area so if you want to hide from the sun which can get intense in the afternoon, there is always an alternative. The BBQ and kitchenette area was quite nice too – though there are so many good places to go eat so we didn’t really make much use of it (my father in law did BBQ once though, he bought a fish directly from a fisherman on the beach).

Location: It is very centrally located. The beach is one block away, many bars and “touristy” restaurants are less than 5 minutes away, local eats and a produce market are less than 10 minutes on foot away. It’s at the cusp of old town and central PV, so the Malecon is also very close by. There is also a drug store/convenience store approximately 3 blocks away to get the basics (water, milk, juice, snacks, etc) and we found a really good Churros stand nearby!

I think that the only negatives of this apartment was that the TVs are in the bedrooms so you can't really be together to watch and there is a main bus stop on the other side of the street – the buses are loud. It did not disturb us much though because it was the living room which faced the street and you can’t hear the buses from the rooftop which is where we spent most of our time.

Plus the Erik (the owner) and Mary (the property manager) are really responsive and super nice – they answered all of our questions! We would definitely stay there again on a future visit to PV.

The Park Property #604834

We stayed at The Park Property #604834 at the beginning of April and absolutely loved it. The location was exactly where we wanted to be! The listing description is bang on....we loved the layout and all the amenities it provided. The property was definitely clean and well maintained. The rooftop pool was absolutely stunning and the views were breathtaking! The owner, Erick, was very prompt with replies and Mary, the property manager, was extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend this property to others and would stay here again. The only downfall of the property is that it is on a bus line so it is quite noisy when sitting on the balcony. However, we spent most of our time out and about at our favourite spots or up top at the pool. An overall fantastic experience!!
