I am a local professional, love to travel and love to offer this experience for people who want more than a hotel room. It's mutually beneficial. I've had many renters over the years, some with children, some with doggies in tow, some who've wanted to move here after saying. It's a quiet neighborhood but on a busy street during the morning and evening commuting hours but you can literally walk to everything you would ever need and it's small, and old but updated and charming.
Brian purchased this house in 1993
Perfect location for Iron Man athletes and spectators. Race starts and finishes within blocks of this home. Non Iron Man visitors will be happy to be walking distance from the beautiful city beach and all downtown amenities.
Pay for 6 nights and the 7th night is free.
The Coeur d' Alene Lake are has a variety of outdoor activities during warm months, all within walking distance or a short drive. These include everything from biking hiking and boating to whitewater rafting and parasailing. Many fine restaurants line the lake with breathtaking dining views and for historians there are museums and tours of old mining camps and silver mines as well as scenic adventures along the Lewis & Clark Trail. Smaller outlying towns such as Sandpoint are only an hour a way by car and offer a very artsy shopping and dining experience on the shores of one of North America's largest freshwater lakes, Lake Pend Oreille. There are two major water parks, one within about 20 minutes of Coeur d Alene and Spokane Washington is a major shopping and metropolitan hub approx. 35 minutes from my home.
