Nashville Visit

  • 5 of 5

The Nashville home suited our group of ten people very well. The open floor plan allowed for multiple conversations to be had while still together. The long sofa gave all of us a seat to watch the football games, eat snacks and chat. Plenty of sleeping options as there was room to have accommodated four more people without anyone sleeping on the floor. We all agreed that the home provided us a great home base for our Nashville adventure.

Great place close to Nashville

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time here for our girls trip. Walking distance to restaurants, and only a $10 Uber ride to Broadway. Loved walking to the Bicentennial park and Farmers Market. We had 10 girls and we all had a bed, with plenty other sleeping space if needed.

Great location, great condition, and great landlord!

  • 5 of 5

The landlord was very accommodating as we flew in early. Also very knowledgeable about the area. The house is in great condition and I would look to stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.

Beautiful home in a great location.

  • 5 of 5

All twelve of us agree that our Nashville reunion was the best ever, and that the house itself played a large part in its success. We loved the spacious, well-stocked kitchen and dining area, the comfortable couches in the adjacent living room, huge walk-in closets, and dozens of bath linens. The comfortable beds get high marks! The 2nd floor deck overlooks a stunning skyline. Don was very attentive and available throughout our visit, even buying and delivering an extra coffee maker our first morning. The house is located in an upscale townhouse neighborhood, where it's an easy walk to downtown bars and restaurants. We discovered two fine restaurants within three blocks of the house. The nearby Farmer's Market became our go-to ice-cream place. In 2018 the new State Historical Museum will open next to Centennial Park, also a short walk away. Some of us rode the express bus to downtown and on to the airport for the senior rate of 85 cents!! We highly recommend this home away from home.

Spacious, comfortable, close to everything.

  • 5 of 5

Great property and owners. We went to Andrew Jackson's Hermitage, The Grand Ole Opry, Country Music Hall of Fame, Johnny Cash Museum, and ate at brew pubs, Crepe breakfast, BBQ, and a downtown gastropub. Hurricane Irma adjusted our travel logistics significantly. My parents were easily able to take a taxi from the airport arriving first at the property and settling into the 1st floor MBR. The 4 bed and 3.5 bathroom setup is perfect for a large or multigenerational group. Extra sleeping space in the loft rounded out options for our family. Full kitchen and laundry facilities.

The home layout is ideal for a large group. Nicely furnished with everything you will need. The hosts are responsive and accommodating. And friendly! Ideal location close yet away from downtown.
