Terrific villa in beautiful Umbria

Annie and Pipo have created a truly wonderful escape in amongst the Cyprus trees and rolling Umbrian hills. The apartment we stayed in had everything we needed should we want to stay in, but we spent a lot more time outside in the most beautiful pool we have had in a villa stay. The villa is situated between several picturesque towns such as Spoleto, Perugia and Montefalco - all worth visiting. Highly recommended

Quiétude et bonheur de vivre au coeur de l'Ombrie

Location idéale pour visiter l'Ombrie dans toutes les directions, mais surtout pour profiter du calme et de la beauté du val du Tibre. Séjour mémorable ! Amabilité et qualité de l'accueil remarquables. Impossible d'oublier les figues fraîches, les confitures et l'excellent vin. Revenir en Ombrie, c'est revenir ici.

Un havre de tranquillité

En pleine campagne, perchée sur une colline et bordée de cyprès, c'est la casale terrarossa, une belle demeure rénovée avec goût par ses propriétaires, franco-italiens et charmants de surcroît. Nous y avons passé de bons moments, au calme au bord de la piscine et avons profité des charmes de ce petit coin d'Ombrie, de ses spécialités, de ses vins et de ses charmants villages. A recommander !

"Nous venons de passer deux semaines de vacances en famille inoubliables , tant par la beauté des lieux , du paysage environnant, que par l''accueil très chaleureux d''Annie et de Pipo . Grâce à leur gentillesse et à leurs conseils précieux au quotidien, nous avons pu vivre quinze jours de rêve. C''est un endroit très calme, un peu en hauteur pour mieux apprécié les paysages de l''Ombrie. L''accès est tout à fait simple et on trouve tout ce dont on a besoin à 5 kilomètres. L''endroit est idéal pour rayonner vers les destinations touristiques et culturelles dans la journée, et profiter du calme de la campagne de l''Ombrie le soir. A découvrir absolument, on ne peut pas être déçu."

L'endroit est très agréable (appartement soigné, grand jardin, terrasses privées, piscine très bien entretenue ...)et permet de jouir d'une très belle vue sur la vallée du Tibre. La situation centrale de Fratta Todina est idéale pour visiter l'Ombrie en évitant de trop longs déplacements(surtout ne pas hésiter à demander les bons conseils de Pipo). Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour à "Fratte" et recommandons l'endroit sans hésitation. "

"Nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié nos 2 semaines chez Annie et Pipo. On loge au sein d’une grande propriété dans un cadre vraiment super, à flanc de colline, avec vue sur pls dizaines de km, et avec calme assuré ; la piscine est vraiment superbe, et très bien aménagée ; le logement, quant à lui, à accès indépendant, est vraiment grand et agréable. Et, en prime, l’accueil et la disponibilité des propriétaires sont vraiment impeccables ! De plus la position centrale de Fratta Todina nous a permis de rayonner dans toute l’Ombrie : important pour des visiteurs infatigables comme nous ! Bref, une excellente adresse à recommander ! "

After falling in love with this old building of the XVIII century abandoned for thirty years, the owners have restored energy and enthusiasm while trying to restore its soul of yesteryear with modern comfort. Located in the center of Umbria and in nature, it can easily spread to discover artistic treasures, (Perugia, Assisi, Bevagna, Orvieto is a half-hour drive) and to recharge in a bucolic setting.
