Private waterfront residence with pool located one mile from the beach. This 2,000 sq ft 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath 2 car garage single family home is located on a beautifully landscaped property directly on the water. There is a huge screened in heated pool and patio that overlooks the water and a private dock with boat lift. The home has a newly renovated master bedroom and bath. The kitchen has stainless steel samsung appliances and opens up to the family room. The home is a split plan with master bedroom suite located on one side of the home with living room and dining room and two guest room and full and 1/2 bath located on the other side adjacent to the family room. The location is with in walking distance to the beach. By boat you have one bridge before the gulf access which is a 15 min. ride from the lift. Caxambas park is located at the mouth of the Gulf where fuel is available. There is easy access to fishing and pleasure boating from this point. There are 3 HD TV's 50 inch n the living room, 32 inch in the family room and 19 inch in the master bedroom.

Wi Fi and Direct TV with HBO is also included.

This residence is fully equipped with towels, linens, dishes, pots and pans. blenders, iron ect. Last but not least, there is laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer.

Notes:
Marco Island is the perfect place to get away during the winter or the summer. The island is small enough to be quaint and large enough to have all of the amenities that you would what or need on vacation. There is all types of water activities from shell collecting to para sailing all located on the island. There are many restaurants and shops to choose from as well. Some people come and never leave the island. If you do want to venture out Naples is 20 mins away and Miami and Ft lauderdale are less that 2 hours away on the inerstate.

Wonderful vacation!

2 adults and 3 teenagers had a great time at this very clean and well maintained property. We have enjoyed the wonderful pool, beach accessories including an umbrella, 5 chairs and beach towels and proximity to the beach. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing family vacation!

Wonderful Island get away!!!

We love Marco Island and visit often. This property was a perfect fit. We could walk to the beach or stay home and relax by our private pool.

The boat lift and dock are well maintained. The lift has a remote control so you can operate it from the boat.

The house was well stocked with towels, sheets and pillows. So was the kitchen. Looking forward to our next reservation.

Great House!!

My wife and our two young children stayed for two weeks at the end of 2016, and it was perfect. The pool and outdoor area was awesome, with full sun on the deck area all day! The house was very clean and laid out perfectly. I would recommend this rental to anyone!

Outstanding vacation and stay

We have been staying at VRBO homes for 6 years. This stay was our best yet. The owners met us at the home, we had a detailed walk thru which was great. Deborah was most gracious. Bob helped me put my boat in at the local marina. The heated pool was devine and the boat lift with remote... super. The amenities were superb and the house well stocked. I would strongly recommend this home for a wonderful vacation on Marco Island.
