We loved this house and all it had to offer. Our host Andrew answered any questions we had. The lanai was very nice and secluded with the pool and hot tub. Very clean and furnished well. Great location to beach, stores and restaurants! We will be coming back again in the future.

My wife and I with another couple stayed here and it basically had 2 master suites with a bathroom in each. Home was very clean with a nice pool and hot tub. Home was within close proximity to everything. Would love to stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at this vacation rental. The house was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The description and amenities are as described. We enjoyed the clean pool and the hot tub. The host provided all the necessary information and any questions or concerns we had were answered quickly. I would not hesitate to rent this property again, and would recommend it.

It was great! Loved having a pool AND a hot tub!! Check-in and check-out was very easy, and we got messages to remind us to take trash to the curb and then to bring the trash bins back in! They were very attentive to answer any questions we had.

Family Getaway

We absolutely loved our vacation rental! It was beautifully decorated, and so inviting. Everything was spotless, and stocked with all the necessary items that we needed immediately. It was so nice having beach gear to use while at the beach. So glad we chose this house for our week!

Fantastic rental!

This is my second time staying on Marco Island and once again, I was not disappointed! We had an excellent time at the house--it had everything we needed. Super clean, spacious and full of amenities including beach gear. We loved the covered pool area and tropical plants surrounding the property. The fire pit area was a nice added touch and we even enjoyed the hot tub one evening! I would definitely stay here again.

Just what we needed

The house is very nice. Furniture is comfy and the had really anything you wanted to use pool wise. Laundry detergent,coffee,many spices and seasonings.

San Marco place

This was a great house! Very clean and everything you needed! Being able to use the beach cart was a game changer! We hauled the Harley down and having a place with a garage was magnificent! Relaxing in the pool or hot tub in the evenings made for a nice treat at the end of the days! There isn't much to do in Marco Island but the home was great.

Very nice, clean well equipped home! Perfect for relaxing couples week!!! Loved the screened lanai/pool area, heated pool and hot tub!!! Enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and grill with spices provided!!! Plenty of pots, pans and dishes to cook and eat at home!!! Plenty of beach towels and kitchen towels!!! Appreciate the clothes and dish soap and washer and dryer! Beds and pillows were comfortable!

The property had absolutely everything we needed for my wife and our two children. The beach was less than three miles away, and access to restaurants, grocery stores, and all essentials was incredibly convenient.We thoroughly enjoyed both the location and the overall experience and would absolutely rent this property again in the future. Very good value

We enjoyed our 2 week stay very much. The home construction is "builder-grade" but it is conveniently located and very clean. Everything worked as is should, and the property met our expectations. Our suggestions include upgrading from queen to king matresses (there is more than enough room as the bedrooms are quite spacious) and bumping up the pool temperature a few degrees. A small desk in each bedroom would be nice as well. Note that San Marco Road is a main thorougfare and, as such, carries substantial traffic. It is our opinion that the rental rate was fair and reflected the busy location.
