COUNTRY HOUSE IDEAL FOR COUPLES - FORMENTERA

Apartment attached to our property built to high specification in 2005 in the traditional Formentera style: ceramic “bardo” ceiling, covered in tiles, lime whitewashed walls, blue blinds, air chamber, etc.

Consisting of a lounge, a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace with a garden. The lounge has a sofa, wood burner, table and four chairs, terrestrial and satellite TV (Astra and Hotbird), DVD and music system.
The bedroom has 1.5m double bed, wardrobe and LG Art Cool hot/cold air conditioning unit.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, refrigerator, oven, coffee pot and toaster.
The bathroom has a bath with a screen.
The running water is pure, either rain or filtered water as the well water has too many contaminants.
The terrace is surrounded by a garden and has an outside table with 4 chairs and 1 clothes line.

Von der Kommunikation bis zur Abreise war alles toll! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen 🙂 Die Wohnung war super sauber und es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht (auch Fahrräder & Sonnenschirme). Vicent war sehr zuvorkommend und über den Hundebesuch am morgen haben wir uns auch gefreut ;-)

Ottima soluzione

La casa di Vicent e Cati è la soluzione ideale per una vacanza a Formentera. Situata in campagna, è però vicinissima ai paesi ed alle spiagge più belle dell’isola. La casa è arredata con cura, sempre pulitissima, dotata di tutto quanto può servire e di un piacevolissimo terrazzo. Vicent e Cati sono stati gentilissimi. Assolutamente da consigliare. Torneremo presto Filippo e Sabrina

Fantastic relaxing week in Formentera

We spent the first week of June 2019 in Formentera, in Vicent’s house, and we really enjoyed the kindness of the owner ( Vincent) and the strategic position of the house, that is in a barycentric position in the isle. We definitely appreciated the quality of the house and its furnitures and the quite and silence during the day and the night. For sure I would recommend this house for a relaxing holiday in Formentera. Flavio and Monica.

Wohlfühloase für Paare die das Individuelle suchen und auch die Ruhe lieben.

Für Paare das ideale ruhige Urlaubsdomizil. Gasteltern sind sehr freundlich und zurückhaltend.Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit, die herrliche Terrasse und die guten technischen Geräte z.B. Tischgrill, Minibackofen, Espressoautomat, großer Kühlschrank mit Frost. In wenigen Minuten ist man in der City mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gaststätten. Fahrräder sind topp, haben jedoch auch Moped in der heißen Jahreszeit ausgeliehen und so die Insel gut erkunden können. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Abbiamo trascorso 15 giorni molto belli nella casa di Vincent e Cati, ospiti davvero premurosi e disponibili. Potendo, saremmo rimasti volentieri una settimana in più. La casa è molto carina, adatta per due persone. Ben tenuta e ben accessoriata, consente un soggiorno molto tranquillo in zona rurale, ma strategica perchè al centro dell’isola e più o meno equidistante da tutte le meravigliose spiaggia di Formentera. Piacevolissimo fare colazione e cenare nel patio, all’ombra di una splendida buganvillea. Necessario essere dotati di un mezzo. Noi avevamo noleggiato un’auto, ma va bene anche un motorino. A disposizione di sono pure 2 bici. Consigliata.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in perfekter Ferienwohnung

Wir waren zu 100% zufrieden. Vincent hat uns vom Hafen abgeholt und gebracht. Das Ferienhaus ist top! Perfekte Lage und gute Fahrräder, wir haben so die ganze Insel erkunden können. Herzlichen Dank an unsere herzliche Gastfamilie! Wir sehen uns bestimmt wieder!

Optimale Lage in der Mitte Formenteras

Bisher die angenehmste und schönste Unterkunft auf der Insel und wir waren wirklich schon oft hier. Die Unterkunft war sauber, ordentlich und hübsch eingerichtet. Hinter der Schlafzimmertür könnte man noch Haken für die Jacken anbringen. Die vorhandenen Fahrräder haben wir gerne und viel genutzt. Die Terrasse war groß und schön. An windigen Tagen konnte man leider nicht draußen frühstücken. Ein Windschutz wäre schön. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden vom Hafen abgeholt und zum Urlaubsende auch wieder hingebracht. Insgesamt waren es zwei wunderschöne Wochen. Vielen lieben Dank dafür.

Splendida !!

Una casa che consiglio a tutte le coppie che amano vivere Formentera in un modo tranquillo, la posizione è strategica, vicina a S. Francesc ma isolata e silenziosa.. Vicent e Cati sono due persone speciali che ci hanno trattato come amici e non come inquilini...Se dovessi descrivere tutte le qualità di questa casa, dalla pulizia alla magia delle notti stellate che abbiamo potuto goderci dal giardino , non mi basterebbero le parole.. Solo Grazie Cati e Vincent X aver reso la nostra vacanza veramente indimenticabile !! 😘

Estancia inmejorable

Hemos pasado una semana en este alojamiento y no podemos decir nada más que cosas buenas de él. La descripción concuerda a la perfección con lo que te encuentras al llegar, la limpieza inmejorable, impoluta (como les dije a Vicent y a Cati, estaba más limpio que mi propia casa). Ellos no pueden ser más amables con sus recomendaciones y ayuda siempre que se les necesita. Sin duda recomendaríamos este alojamiento a cualquier amigo o familiar y nosotros volveremos en cuanto podamos. La isla es un paraíso, y el pueblo en el que está situado, Sant Francesc, el más bonito que hemos visto. Calles peatonales donde poder pasear tranquilamente, mercadillo todas las mañanas en esta época, preciosas tiendas y restaurantes... Ya queremos que llegue el verano que viene para repetir la experiencia!

Una vacanza super

Premetto che non si tratta di una recensione promozionale. La mia premessa è obbligatoria per i successivi giudizi che mi sento di dare alla struttura, all'accoglienza ricevuta da Vincent e dalla sua famiglia e all'isola Formentera in generale. Struttura: bellissima e pulitissima. Le foto non rendono giustizia. Il patio fuori con la bouganville è meraviglioso... La doccia esterna perfetta per rinfrescarsi... Accoglienza: Vincent e la sua famiglia sono fenomenali nel rendere la vacanza un vero sogno. Ci sono venuti a prendere all'arrivo del traghetto e il giorno successivo ci hanno accompagnato a ritirare il motorino. Incontrati al supermercato per la loro spese settimanale si sono offerti di portare in macchina anche la nostra (diversamente avremmo fatto veramente fatica con l'acqua e il motorino). Il primo giorno la wifi non funzionava e Vincent si è dato da fare in tutti i modi per rimetterla in funzione prestandoci il suo computer. Poi tutto sistemato con un nuovo router. Formentera: per noi era la prima volta e ci ha strgato... L'appartamento si trova in una posizione perfetta... 2 minuti e sei a San Francesc, 3 e sei a San Ferran, 7 e sei a Es Pujol... Le spiagge sono stupende... Indispensabile il piccolo ombrellone che Vincent ci ha subito prestato... Insomma super consigliato... Noi ci torniamo di sicuro...

Schönes Haus in optimaler Lage

Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Zentrum der Insel in unmittelbarer Nähe zu San Francesc in ruhiger Lage. Wir haben uns ausschließlich mit den zum Haus gehörenden Fahrrädern auf der Insel bewegt, alles war gut über Nebenstraßen zu erreichen. Das Haus war sehr sauber, alles entsprach der Beschreibung. Auf der zum Teil überdachten Terrasse konnte man schön in der Sonne Frühstücken und Abendessen. Zum freundlichen Service gehörte auch der Transfer zwischen Hafen und Haus. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank an Vicent und Cati, Heiko und Christiane

Zum ersten Mal Formentera

Zum ersten Mal machten wir Urlaub auf Formentera und hatten gleich großes Glück mit dieser Unterkunft. Die Beschreibung des Hauses trifft zu. Die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung und die Küchengeräte sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal, um die Insel zu erkunden. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in wenigen Minuten in Sant Francesc Xavier. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, um die weiter gelegenen Strände zu besuchen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

GRAZIOSA

La nostra settimana a Formentera è stata speciale anche grazie a questa graziosa abitazione. situata a San Francisco, paesino splendido e signorile, posta in una strada molto tranquilla, accanto proprio alla casa dei proprietari. Quest'ultimi, famiglia molto discreta e gentile. In una settimana hanno cambiato 3 volte gli asciugamani. La pulizia della casa molto accurata, dotata di condizionatore, adsl e di un patio esterno con due lettini comodissimi. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo, la consigliamo alle coppie che cercano tranquillitá ad un passo dal paese più bello di Formentera.

La struttura è incantevole e molto curata; la cortesia e gentilezza caratterizza i proprietari. La posizione è ideale sia per raggiungere il centro di San Francesc sia per accedere alla spiaggia di Migjorn. Assolutamente da consigliare!

Otra estancia maravillosa

Un año más hemos podido disfrutar de la calidez de esta família y de su hermoso y acogedor hogar. Can Vicent Sita y Formentera nos ofrecen ese retorno a un lugar que para nosotros es el paraiso. No nos cansamos de volver, una y otra vez. Absolutamente recomendable para conectar con la naturaleza y con la magia tan especial de esta isla y estas personas que la habitan que tanto amamos. Todo un placer regresar ! gràcies Vicent, Cati, Agnès i Caterina per la vostra amabilitat i cuidado en tot, de tot cor. Víctor y Eva
