The house overlooks the sea just 10 meters from the beach. Recently renovated is very impressive, large windows welcome and projecting into the deep blue sea. A large covered porch houses the dining area and a relaxation area. The garden of the sea has two sunbeds and outdoor shower.
The house has a large living room which houses a comfortable and large sofa that all 'occurrence can become a double bed and the' large kitchen equipped with everything. L 'entrance is independent, the parking is free. The two bedrooms facing the sea and overlooking the porch. The master bedroom has en-suite bathroom. The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating for the winter months. And 'it complete with bed linen and towels. The neighborhood is very quiet, 200 meters from Marina di Pizzo, tourist hub of the city: bars, pizzerias, restaurants and a small grocery store. At about 700 meters the old town, to visit its narrow streets, the famous Murat Castle and Plaza with its many pubs where you can taste the delicious truffles of Pizzo.

Location booked twice the same week

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés sur place il y avait deja des locataires. Alors que nous aviont réglé l'intégralité des frais et recla confirmation. Apparement les gens sur place avaient réservés par Rbnb. Nous avont dû nous loger a l'hotel. Aucun retour du propriétaire sauf lorsque j'ai menacé d'une action legale.

Ein Wohlfühlappartment

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben. Alles sehr sauber und schön renoviert. Es waren auch genügend Hand/Dusch/Strandhandtücher vorhanden. Die Terrasse mit dem tollen Bick aufs Meer war mega. Die Küche ist wirklich gut ausgestattet. Ins Städtchen sind wir gemütlich in 10 Minuten gelaufen.

Perfect location!

A large apartment and was well stocked for cooking and relaxing. The patio outside had great views and nice sunsets. I highly recommend this apartment. Maria and her daughter were very helpful whenever we had questions.

Pizzo early August

The most beautiful apartment we have ever rented! Maria’s apartment was even more amazing in person than the expectations we had going into the vacation! The pictures are stunning but in-person the home is even more beautiful. The kitchen is large and fully functional, the open space living room has the most beautiful view of the sea (and those sunsets!!), and the two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with shower) were perfect for our family of 4. The walk to Pizzo town center is a beautiful walk, but very steep uphill so that is something to be aware of. We enjoyed the exercise and the views make it worth it. There is a small lido/beach club down the road, walking distance, that is perfect for a quick beach trip or early evening drink. Maria was so pleasant and very easy to communicate with. I would recommend her apartment to anyone and hope to back one day soon!

Ein Träumchen am Meer

Die direkte Lage am Meer ist einfach traumhaft, man kann vom Wohnzimmer aus Sonnenuntergänge über Stromboli beobachten. Auf beiden Seiten des Wohnkomplexes direkt Zugang zu kleinen Stränden mit glasklarem Wasser. Waren hier in der Vorsaison oft ganz alleine. Müll am Strand wurde am Ostersamstag entfernt. Am kleinen Strand rechts von der Wohnung war es sowieso sauber. Das Apartment hatte alles, was man braucht. Netter, unkomplizierter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Grazie mille Maria!

Wonderful Stay

Warm welcome by Maria and her husband, very friendly and easy contact and very responsive. We had a lovely, relaxed stay in the flat directly at the sea, flat has a great patio, easy and quick access to the beach, flat is fully equipped with air conditioning. Thank you, Maria!

Amazing stay in Pizzo!!

Amazing apartment with stunning view of ocean and daily sunsets. Beautiful water with lots of snorkeling. Grocery store a short drive away. 10 min walk into The center of Pizzo or Marina. Maria was amazing!! Highly recommended!

Saty in Pizzo

This was a perfect location for our trip to Calabria. The apartment is right at the Mediterranean Sea. It is relatively easy to find it from the airport in Lamezia. Just try to avoid driving there for the first time in the dark. A plus is that the train station is very close and one can easily take the train to other cities along the coast if one wants a break driving. The apartment was very clean, the communication with Maria quick and easy.

Una vera casa sul mare

L'appartamento della sig.ra Maria consente di trascorrere momenti di grande relax grazie alla sua posizione privilegiata, direttamente sul mare (una spiaggetta è davvero accessibile a pochi metri dalla proprietà) ma, al contempo, appartata. La casa è dotata di tutte le comodità, è curata nei minimi dettagli ed è sufficientemente vicina al centro di Pizzo (basta un po' di allenamento in salita). Non vi sono problemi di parcheggio, sempre disponibile sulla via pubblica a senso unico che costeggia l'abitazione. Sia dall'interno della casa (grazie all'ampia vetrata in soggiorno) sia dall'ampio spazio esterno (pure attrezzato) che serve l'abitazione è possibile godere di spettacolari tramonti sul mare.

Es war eine wunderschöne Woche in Pizzo

Eine tolle Wohnung in einer schönen Umgebung. Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, sogar Strandtücher. Maria hat uns herzlich empfangen. Da die Wohnung bereits frei war, konnten wir sogar etwas früher einchecken. Vielen Dank an Maria für den Aufenthalt. Wenn wir nochmal nach Pizzo kommen, dann nur in diese Wohnung

Tolle Aussicht!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Ausblick auf das Meer war traumhaft. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Toll war vor allem dass es ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl gab. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The place is beautiful! Right on the water and easy access to all of Pizzo. The house is bright, inviting and well equipped. The owner was wonderful!! Highly recommend. She took very good care of us. There were plenty of bathroom supplies and kitchen supplies. We definitly will be back.

Sehr schöne Wohnung direkt am Meer

Eine sehr schöne, großzügige, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, die nichts vermissen ließ. Direkt am Meer gelegen und dadurch - selbst im Hochsommer- in großer Ruhe. Kleiner Strand um die Hausecke.... Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit waren.

Ein ganz besonderes Plätzchen direkt mit dem Meer vorndran

Eine äusserst stilvoll und mit Sympathie eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, gut eingerichtet... es fehlte uns einfach nichts! Pizzo als malerisches Städtchen mit Leben auf der Piazza und im Hafen! Wir haben diese noch ruhige Vorsaisonjahreszeit sehr genossen.
