This was our 3rd stay at this villa and we enjoyed as much as previously! It was wonderful to be back. The owner and manager are very obliging. There is air conditioning which is useful when you’re getting ready for a night out. The pool area was quiet and relaxing. The balcony areas are also great for eating outside or just relaxing. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and would highly recommend.

Bright and cheery villa with views of the golf course. The villa included all the amenities that we needed for a long stay. We stayed five weeks and enjoyed every minute of our holiday. We would definitely book this villa again.

Lovely bright villa near the pool

We love the resort and have returned many times, including to the Quinta da Ecosta Velha part of the resort. The villa manager and owner were friendly, helpful and efficient. Everything went really smoothly checking in and out. The villa is lovely and bright with lovely decor and a home from home feeling. Aircon is also good for stiller days but there's a gentle breeze most of the time. Indoor and outdoor areas to eat and lounge and lots of space. Less than a minutes walk to the shared pool. Would highly recommend.

Property is lovely, Manual and Jose were super helpful and available. Every amenity was available, especially in the kitchen. Lovely outdoor spaces. Some items could do with updating but owner is aware. Quiet location, great for younger families but could do with a social area for older kids and adults.

Quiet location in a well appointed townhome

Our stay was a nice, quiet stay in August away from the normal Algarve hustle. The townhome is filled with quality furniture and comfortable beds. The balcony off of the living room was very relaxing. Although windy in August, Budens stayed cooler than the rest of the Algarve so was a nice respite from the heat found more east in the Algarve. The location is close to the beaches in Lagos and Praia da Luz, and you can still explore the hidden gems of Salema, Sagres, and Aljezur. Jose the host was flexible and attentive. If you need to work remote, the internet is very slow at the time of this post. However, the owner stated he would look into fixing this. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Finishing our tour of Portugual after 30 days

When we first arrived at the property it was disappointing as the property was not as clean as it should have been and was quite musty. We immediately contacted the host who arranged to have the property manager come to the property and do a thorough clean which was great.The host also made it right by providing by compensating us for a couple of nights stay.The property itself was as presented online with the exception of it indicated there was a dryer when there was a drying rack. As well the listing indicated a gym as an amentie when in fact there was a gym at the spa and golf resort next store which you could access for a fee.The neighbour was lovely and quite rural so if you are looking for something quiet it is likely perfect. You do need a car to get by but in Sangras and Salema close by there are beaches, restaurants etc.Overall we had a nice visit.

As soon as you reached out, I promptly arranged for José to carry out a deep cleaning of the house, and I’m glad that it helped improve your stay. I would like to clarify that there is absolutely no mold in the house. The musty smell you noticed upon arrival was likely due to the fact that the property is closed from September to February, during which time it remains unoccupied. That said, it is regularly maintained and I always ensure a healthy environment for my guests. Thank you also for highlighting the positive aspects of your stay, including the peaceful setting and the proximity to nearby beaches and restaurants. Regarding the dryer and the gym, I’ll make sure the listing is even more precise to avoid any confusion in the future. Our condo was spacious, bright and very well appointed. There were four patios with various facings so it was always possible to enjoy either sunshine or shade. Check-in was seamless. Josie, the manager was ver helpful and always available to assist us. The grounds are lovely and well tended and there was a pool area with numerous lawn chairs for relaxing in the sunshine. This was an excellent location with a view of the the golf course and within close proximity to restaurants and grocers. Manuel, the owner, was very accommodating. We loved our time in his villa.

Schönes Haus

Das Haus befindet sich in einer Siedlung am Rand des Ortes Budens, ist sehr ruhig gelegen gegenüber den Front Nine des Golfplatzes San Antonio. Die Ausstattung bietet alles was man auch zu Hause hat bzw. erwartet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants sind fußläufig oder mit dem Auto in 2-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Matratze des großen Bettes ist mir persönlich viel zu weich, da fand ich die der Einzelbetten wesentlich angenehmener. Wenn baulich erlaubt, wäre ein Windschutz auf den Terrassen toll. Der Grill ist klasse, allerdings sehr windanfällig, dadurch brennt die Kohle weg wie Reisig. Gerne wieder.

Villa confortable, proche des commodités et des plages

Piscine appréciable le matin et en fin de journée, quand on veut être seul à nager. Complexe très bien entretenu et calme. Il n'y a pas d'insonorisation. Dans notre chambre on entendait les gens parler à côté. Ils parlaient normalement. C'est le seul bémol de la semaine. Des boules quies pour régler le problème. Côté de l'Algarve très tranquille et très venteux en fin de journée et le soir.
