Large studio apartment really valuable just steps from the sea, tastefully furnished in the historic center of Levanto, ideal for 2 people even with a small child (the camping bed is provided by us), located next to the ancient medieval lodge, at 1st floor above the public gardens, recently renovated and composed as follows:
Entrance with armored door, typical Ligurian stairs leading to the 1st floor, bathroom with large shower, American kitchen with new corner, living room with NEW MEMORY BED, illuminated by large window overlooking the medieval castle, Church of St. Andrea and public gardens below.
The pass-car is provided free of charge to park your car in blue seats ... even under the house.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Cinque Terre vacation

Levanto is a perfect place to start exploration of this beautiful part of Italy. Our studio apartment was very conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to good restaurants, beach, port and all amenities, including a free parking spot for our rental ( courtesy of Marina and Roberto). We enjoyed our week long stay at this studio and will be coming back in future.

Perfect Location

Roberto and Marina's apartment is perfectly located in the central part of Levanto, within walking distance of restaurants, beaches, train station and ferry boats to Cinque Terre. The place is very very comfortable, clean and fully equipped. They were extremely helpful with local information and tips on things to do. The town is a true hidden jewel on the ligurian coast. Loved it!

It's an amazing apartment!

Roberto and Marina were so helpful and patient with our arrival. We were driving from Venice for the first time, so we didn't arrive exactly on time.......the apartment was very clean and had everything we could have needed. Great location to some wonderful restaurants, cafes, coffee shops and shopping! We would definitely go back again for a stay!

Perfect apparment in a the city Center

Perfect appartment in a central location (2min to the sea) & ideal for visiting Chinque Terre. The apartment is equiped with everything you need. Due to the central location, it is sometimes a bit noisy in the evenings, but we had no problems at night. Clear recommendation :)

Fantastic apartment with great location

Roberto was really helpful even before we got to levanto. He met us at the apartment and told us everything we needed to know. The apartment is located great, near the beach and the center/ Main Street (but the location is perfect because it’s not too noisy at the evening. It is a perfect restaurant just at the corner. Try the spaghetti vongole …. The bike rental is also just some seconds away. Levanto has everything you want: beaches, church, hiking, shops… We hope to come back!!! Miss it already..

A Special Place

Right in the heart of the old town, this little studio is perfect and perfectly located. Near everything you could need bakery, shops, grocery stores, restaurants, a vibrant park and piazza right out your door, beach and walks along the water at sunset and a beautiful view out your studio window. We were exhausted after a 16 hour day of travel and Roberto and his wife greeted us with a smile even though we were late in coming at night. The hosts were true hosts - kind, caring and took time to show us all that we needed. We loved our stay as it was quiet and yet close to everything in Levanto. It was a place of recuperation for us and yet close to the whole coast of CinqueTerre. Thank you Roberto for the privilege of staying in your special little place and for your kindness to us. Cet avis est faux, car personne ne s'est jamais plaint des escaliers (typiques et caractéristiques de notre région ligure), ni même de l'équipement de la cuisine, qui est complet. Nous sommes dans le centre historique de la ville… ces clients auraient donc pu opter pour un hôtel au rez-de-chaussée avec service de restauration.

Agréable séjour au Cinque terre

Levanto est parfait comme point de départ pour visiter les Cinque terre.Le studio est très bien situé, la plage, les commerces et restaurants et la gare sont à proximité.Un plaisir de pouvoir laisser sa voiture et tout faire à pied à LEVANTO.Je séjournerai à nouveau volontiers dans ce studio lors d’un prochain séjour.

Très bien situé!

Les hôtes ont été très accueillants et à l'écoute. Petit studio avec le nécessaire pour fonctionner. Emplacement idéal dans le vieux quartier, proche de tout et surtout de la mer et des sentiers. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Levanto! Merci!

Alles etwas provisorisch und laut.

CON: Die Klimaanlage ist zwar vorhanden hat aber ein Monoblock ohne Schlafmodus => man muss nachts die Fenster auflassen => draußen ist es sehr laut (Jugend auf Motorrollern bis 3 Uhr morgens). Man hat sich nirgendwo bequem hinsetzen (Küchenstühle sehr unbequem) und technische Geräte funktionieren teilweise nicht (Wasserkocher defekt, WLAN ständiger Reset notwendig, Haustür nur schwer abschließbar...). Das Bett fanden wir auch extrem unbequem aber das ist natürlich eher eine subjektive Sache. PRO: Nette Vermieter, zentrale Lage, schöne Landschaft In der Summe war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis 3 von 5 Punkten.

Persone poco simpatiche e pignole che invece di apprezzare le meraviglie della nostra terra, perdono tempo a lamentarsi ....Ci dispiace ricevere una recensione del genere, a fronte di una media quasi a 5 stelle, dopo una stagione a pieno ritmo qualcosa si può danneggiare e non c'è neppure il tempo per ripararla o sostituirla che arrivano altri ospiti nello stesso giorno...comunque tutti capiranno che è una recensione poco veritiera...
