Local welcome by the owners, who have 14 years of experience in renting this chalet.
Easy access by a south facing road, always cleared of snow.

General description: Traditional chalet in the Hautes Alpes, built in 1976 and renovated in 2004.
It includes 7 main rooms including 6 bedrooms.
On 3 levels with:
- on the ground floor: a bedroom with garden / pool view, a dining room with oak table, a lounge / TV area, and a fully equipped kitchen. A bathroom with shower. A toilet and a storeroom with washer and dryer
- on the 1st floor: a large bedroom with double bed. A second bedroom with TV and KIng Size double bed. A third bedroom with shower room and WC. All bedrooms face south and have access to the sunny terrace. A bathroom with WC and spa bath.
- on the 2nd floor: 1 junior bedroom with single bed, and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and exceptional view of the fortifications of Briançon.

Interior equipment: Everything is provided for comfort.
- 4 flat screen TVs, wifi, stereo, DVD player,
- outdoor barbecue
- all the kitchen equipment to simmer small dishes for 10/12 people
- spa bath for good recovery
- 1 large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, ...

Nothing is missing for your comfort

Outside: Heated swimming pool usable only in summer (June to September), outdoor terrace with pergola, barbecue on a 1,000 m2 garden not overlooked.

Everything is included in the price: charges (excluding tourist tax), towels and sheets, end-of-stay cleaning, pool and garden maintenance in summer.
A free shuttle takes you to the foot of the chalet to take you to the ski lifts or to the village center.

We hadden een goed verblijf in het mooie en ruime chalet van Dominique, die ons ontving bij aankomst en uitzwaaide bij ons vertrek. Het chalet is vol uitgerust met meer dan voldoende borden, messen, kruiden, en zo kan ik doorgaan. Het chalet was schoon en er waren meer dan voldoende handdoeken en dergelijke. Naast het feit dat het chalet schoon en comfortabel is, is het mooi gelegen en heel dichtbij de bushalte in je in een paar stops naar de skilift brengt. in het laagseizoen komt de bus slechts om de 40 minuten en meestal ook niet op tijd. Mochten wij wederkeren naar Serre Chevalier zouden we weer graag bij Dominique verblijven.

Le chalet est bien situé. Navette pour le ski juste à côté. Par contre elle passe pas tout les 20 minutes plutôt tout les 45 min. Propriétaire très gentil. Le chalet est très bien équipé. Nous étions 5 couples et avions assez de place. Chalet propre. Je recommande vivement.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour entre amis dans ce très beau chalet situé dans un secteur calme avec une vue magnifique entre Chantemerle et Villeneuve.Hôte très sympathique et disponible, propreté impeccable, équipements complets et jardin très agréable . En dehors du salon peu confortable qui pourrait être revu, toutes les nombreuses pièces sont très bien aménagées et très confortables .Je recommande cette location où tout est mis en œuvre pour des vacances réussies

We all enjoyed our stay at the chalet and had a great week skiing in Serre Chevalier. We were a group of 3 families and the chalet suited us well. Plenty of space and well equipped for cooking at home. We enjoyed using the raclette machines on our final night. Plenty of space for skis and boots etc. We loved it.

Chalet fonctionnel situé dans un quartier calme à côté de tous commodités (supermarchés, boulangeries, activités nautiques, telecabine). Fantasic family and friends trip

Brilliant property with lots of space for a big group. The pool was great for the kids. Local area has lots to offer including rafting, via ferrata, mountain biking and hiking. We loved the outdoor seating area for group meals, and there is plenty of space inside to eat together. The rooms are an eclectic mix, and it took a while to sort the bathroom logistics between us. The kitchen is very well equipped for big meals. Would highly recommend. Dominique is a great host-very friendly and welcoming.

Tout est fait pour passer un superbe sejour en famille ( 12 personnes dont 2 enfants de moins de 2 ans ). Le logement est grand et bien equipé avec un tres bel exterieur . Les proprietaires sont de tres bon conseils sur les activités et balades .

Pour atteindre les pistes il faut prendre 2 cars si nous voulons aller a pied pour faire quelques achats il n'y a pas de trottoirs nous avons marché le long de la route . Sinon bon séjour très enneigées et magnifique vue sur les montagnes. Le chalet très bien équipé pour 12 personnes.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine avec nos amis pour la semaine du nouvel an. Avec 4 adultes, 7 enfants de 2 à 12 ans, et 2 chiens, nous n’avons manqué de rien. Nous n’étions pas à l’étroit et nous n’avons pas rencontré de problème à l’heure des douches. Avec 3 salles de bain c’était parfait. Les enfants ont pu profiter du jardin et de la neige pour ´s’amuser. L’arrêt de la navette pour aller skier est à 2 minutes à pied. A réserver sans problème.
