Cette villa extraordinaire est située à l'entrée de la ville de Dubrovnik, parallèlement à l'île de Daksa et à la péninsule Babin Kuk.
Construite dans les années 1960, sa plage privée et ses grandes voûtes distinctives, creusées dans les rochers sur lesquels elle se dresse, attirent l'attention des observateurs sur la mer.
Sa grande terrasse entourée d'un jardin offre une vue magnifique sur les îles Élaphites, y compris les plus grandes - Šipan, Koločep et Lopud. Cette magnifique villa offre à ses hôtes une oasis de paix et un confort parfait dans un cadre idyllique de la Méditerranée authentique comme elle l'était autrefois.

A quiet seaside vacation

Marijana and Olga were great hosts and incredibly accommodating. The home was perfect for our group of 9. We spent every morning and night on the patio and either in the sea or the pool.

The pictures of the outside furniture of the property were obviously taken a number of years ago as all the furniture was very old and most that were in the listing were not actually present, replaced with lower quality furniture. Amazing Croatian Oasis

We loved staying here. We were a family of of 6, and we especially loved and utilized the upper and lower outdoor decks. Really beautiful and peaceful. The beds were comfortable. The coffee bar is an added plus. Communication with property manager was excellent. Highly recommend!

Beautiful villa on the Adriatic!

This place is amazing! The only thing I will note is that the 5th bedroom/bathroom (truly, the master) is separate from the rest of the villa. It's literally right next door outside, but wanted to note that it was extra after we had already booked, since I definitely needed all five bedrooms for our group. Everything else was PERFECT and wonderful. We even used their car service since getting Ubers was problematic. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Vacation Home

Our only disappointment was that we couldn't stay longer. Check-in was simple and welcoming. The online pictures are not exaggerated -- it's all beautiful. Old town Dubrovnik is a short drive (or Uber) away. There is a local restaurant is a very short walk down the street. We are a family of 4, but home could comfortably hold more. I have a policy to not cook on vacation, but kitchen was fully stocked with almost every kitchen implement you might want. There were other homes nearby but we still felt very secluded and safe. Unforgettable views. Unforgettable vacation. Stay here.

Old pictures

Place needs work with wholes in walls, needs a good cleaning, do not be fooled in the small print it says you have to pay extra for the master bedroom that is located in the annex however, in my booking it said included the annex and the manager asked for an extra $250 cash a night in order to open up the room. We were very disappointed in this property. There are better properties out there for this much money. Love you, however, is very beautiful. What was very disappointing is I couldn’t get the owner to talk to me about it. He was unavailable and out of the country. I asked for a call when he returned to talk about the discrepancy. I haven’t received a call yet… I don’t think I will.

Nice but does not match the photos

I will start by saying the property is nice. The view is amazing and the access to the sea is very nice. With that said, the property does not match the listing. The pictures of the furniture and decor is not what you get. The place definitely needs maintenance and the exterior furniture needs to be cleaned or updated. There is a tremendous amount of decorative objects/clutter that I try to avoid when booking as I have children and end up spending all of my vacation keeping them from touching anything. I scheduled my trip around the availability of this house bc the listing looked so nice so it’s no surprise I was disappointed. I reached out to the host and she basically told me I felt that way because of the weather (which was not great I agree but it’s unrelated to the listing not matching the property). In short I think it’s important for future renters to understand the reality of the property which is not depicted in the listing.

Luxurious!!

Our group of 7 had an unforgettable family vacation in late May '24 at this villa above the Adriatic and just 10 minutes by car from Old Town Dubrovnik. When I started planning a year earlier it was not necessarily the intent to go to Croatia. I was looking for a coastal European property where my husband and I and our three adult children (plus two partners) could harmoniously and luxuriously spend a week together. I hit it out of the ballpark with this property. There are three comparable beautiful bedrooms with views of the sea, plus a small single room without a view that disappointed its occupant for a moment, but she only slept there! There are stairs that descend from the massive porch down to the slab "beach" with a ladder into the cold but clear swimmable sea. Some snorkeled, some swam "laps" and others played (bring goggles/masks--lots of schools of fish!). We spent the morning hours on the porch with coffee, books, and in conversation. Each day we had some plan away from the house but we really did spend the majority of our time at the house, relaxing, eating, sunning, playing games, drinking wine, watching sunsets. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dish ware, utensils etc, but not with cooking staples (oil, spices, foil). Also, there is the very nice espresso bar but bring extra Nespresso pods if your group is large and are coffee drinkers. (there is a regular coffee pot as well for which you'll want to bring / buy ground coffee). We took a day-long boat tour of the islands and on our journey back saw and admired the villa from the sea. Could not recommend this property more highly! Enjoy! Oh, do not rent a car just to have a car. We had one because we drove down from Split but 100% chose Uber and Bolt to get taxis into Old Town etc. Battling congestion and finding parking would ruin vacation vibe! Marijana met us at check-in and was an excellent, responsive communicator before and during our visit.

Paradise with a water view and access

Myself, family and friends had a wonderful stay at Villa Mey’s. Everything is even better than the photographs. The sheltered porch above the sea is where we spent most of our time from the early hours of the day to late evenings while staring at the sea. The refreshing pool is a respite from the heat of the day and the easy access to the sea allowed for people to take long swims in the clear water. The property was spotless, well maintained, and well set up with whatever is needed during a vacation stay. The property manager was extremely attentive to our needs without been intrusive. We very much look forward to come back as soon as possible and I highly recommend this property.

Amazing home base for family

My family (4 adults, 1 baby, 2 seniors) absolutely loved our 6 day stay. The property is gorgeous with a very tastefully designed house, stunning sea views, and great swimming pool and beach area. The location is <10 min from Old Town Dubrovnik, and dozens of restaurants and several bakeries and grocery stores are within 5-10 min drive. Note-- you cannot walk to any of the restaurants/stores, so you need to rent a car or rely on Ubers (which were actually quite plentiful!). The house manager was also extremely kind and attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had. I absolutely recommend this house for future stays.

Beautiful home with breathtaking views!

We loved our stay in Dubrovnik and this house was perfect! The house was just as pictured but even better in person! It has so many welcoming sitting areas. We loved the fireplace in the evenings and sitting on the veranda each day. We saw the most spectacular sunsets! It’s the perfect spot for watching sail boats and ships go by. We loved the private dock with steps down into the Adriatic Sea. Would definitely recommend !

The outdoor space is amazing, views are incredible. Nice to watch the boats go buy while enjoying your coffee or cocktail! Proximity to Dubrovnik is very convenient.

Wunderschöne Villa mit Meerblick

Just perfect!

Accommodation is just as shown 7n the ad even better. We were wonderfully looked after by Ivanka, who even brought us groceries when we needed. An excellent balance of inside and outside, fully air-conditioned and fully equiped. We even had our towels changed every day. In terms of size it was spacious for us- 7 adults and 3 kids. Great views from the terrace which we enjoyed every night with a glass of Croatian wine. We made use of the lovely barbecue a few times as well. Would definitely recommend this villa.

Tolle Villa direkt am Meer

Die Villa hat eine super Lage am Meer. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen und wir haben uns mit 6 Personen sehr wohl gefühlt. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderbare Aussicht auf alle Kreuzfahrtschiffe, die auf dem Weg nach Dubrovnik sind. Unsere Hauskeeperin Marijana war super und bei Fragen und Wünschen immer ansprechbar. Vielen Dank!

fantastic villa with amazing views

We were a group of cousins with partners to meet in croatia for a big birthday celebration. Beautiful, private villa with beautiful views. The villa was much larger than we expected it. From start to finish we had such a lovely holiday here. We had the most beautiful sunsets on the terrace. The owner was very very helpful in the build up to our holiday, providing information on the villa, helpful directions and making sure they would be there to welcome us. I highly can recommend the place. For sure we will come back to croatia and maybe explore some of the islands next time. Thank you again.

Amazing stay at a dream villa

This is not a villa, this is a dream!!! Amazing villa spacious, clean stylish with a private beach and a dock for boat pick up, we got so spoiled it was hard to go back home. Stayed here in the fall time and had great time exploring Dubrovnik Old City and its surrounding, which is just few minutes’ drive from the villa. Yvonne (USA)
