Suggestive house on the lawn "IUN P2035" 800 meters from the beach

Pretty villa, located inside a fenced farm, autonomous without any adjacent structure. Therefore respect your privacy requirements. Located just 800 meters from the sea and 800 from the town, both easily reachable on foot thanks to the cycle path that runs alongside the road a few meters from the house. The house is equipped with various comforts. The service includes: stays, consumption, final cleaning and linen included in the price. Composed of a large living area, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and a large ventilated veranda outside with table and chairs. The space around the house is for the most part composed of a beautiful green lawn and a large parking area as well as a small space at the back, where some fruit plants are located. On the lawn there is also a nice barbecue, with wood available and two showers on the back where you can cool off during the hot summer afternoons, or after a day on the beach.
Equipped with the following accessories: fridge, digital terrestrial TV, washing machine, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, microwave, air conditioning in the living room and in the double room, wi fi and mosquito nets on the windows. Departing from the Marina di Orosei, it is possible to take the boats or rafts that will take you on excursions to the coves of the Gulf of Orosei; from Cala Luna to Cala Goloritzè passing through the beautiful and mysterious caves of the ox Marino. Inimitable locations with breathtaking landscapes reachable only by sea.

Wir (2 Erwachsene + 9 u. 13) hatten eine schöne Zeit hier. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auch die Lage ist super und der Kontakt zu Junior unkompliziert und freundlich.

Orosei Vacation 2024

Wir waren das erste mal auf Sardinien gewesen und sind total begeistert wie schön es auf dieser Insel ist. Der Vermieter "Junior" des Hauses war ständig in Kontakt mit uns gewesen und hat uns auch zeitnah auf jede Frage geantwortet. Das Ferienhaus war sehr liebewürdig eingerichtet gewesen, alles in sehr guten und gepflegten Zustand haben wir dies vorgefunden. Die überdachte Veranda hat uns immer zum morgendlichen Kaffee eingeladen. Der Garten sehr gepflegt und jeden Morgen und Abend wird der Rasen und die Hecken von Wasserberegnungsstrahler bewässert. Für BBQ Liebhaber befindet sich auch auf dem Grundstück ein schöner gemauerter Grill. Wir haben die 2 Wochen sehr genossen und haben beschlossen sehr gerne wieder zu kommen. Vielen Dank Junior nochmals für die schöne Zeit.

Villetta nel verde

Splendida location molto tranquilla, sei a poche centinaia di metri da una splendida spiaggia ben servita. La casa gode di tutti i comfort dal clima al WI-FI con uno splendido patio dove cenare in compagnia. Unica pecca mancano un paio di sdraio da mettere in giardino...... I negozi sono vicini e anche il centro del paese sempre molto animato.

Séjour agréable

La maison est propre et proche de la plage ( 900m de la marina). Il y a une voie cyclable pour s’y rendre à pied ou à vélo. La maison est fonctionnel mais assez sombre. Elle est située au bord de la route donc on entend les voitures ( pas trop dérangeant) mais aussi le bruit de la nuit l’été ( boites de nuit ou fête foraine). Les lits sont confortables. Junior est très gentil et nous a donné de bons conseils. Le jardin est agréable mais plus petit que l’impression que nous avons sur les photos. Le barbecue est parfait et la douche extérieure très agréable l’été !

Wunderschönes Häuschen in sehr ruhiger Lage! Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Tolle Veranda und super Garten mit toller aussen Dusche! Wir würden sofort wieder dort hin. Wir kommen wieder.

Agréable location

Maison très bien située dans un environnement agréable à 800m de la plage et de la ville d’Orosei. Nous avons été bien accueillis par Junior. Il est resté disponible et a été très réactif pour régler quelques petits problèmes. Nous recommandons cette location. Très bon séjour à Orosei.

A great place to be

Wir waren als Paar im Mai 2023 für 2 Wochen im Haus. Zwischen Strand und dem Ort Orosei sehr ruhig gelegen. Optimal um zu Fuss an den Strand oder auch mal zu Fuss in den Ort zum Einkaufen und Essen zu gehen. Orosei selbst ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Tolle Landschaften , super Strände und klasse Verpflegung. Wir haben es sehr genossen! Klare Empfehlung

Einfach nur schön!

Wir verbrachten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus und das Grundstück waren in einem sehr saubereren und gepflegten Zustand und es gab alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Auf der großen überdachten Terrasse hat man den ganzen Tag über einen schattigen Platz, an dem es sich sehr gut aushalten lässt. Ein Problem mit der Kanalisation wurde sofort und unkompliziert behoben, sodass dies ebenfalls unseren Urlaub nicht beeinträchtigt hat. Der geringe Wasserdruck in der Dusche könnte vielleicht verbessert werden. Das Haus liegt zentral zwischen dem herrlichen Strand und dem beschaulichen Ort Orosei. Beides ist mit einem kleinen Fußmarsch gut ohne Auto erreichbar. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Gute Alternative für Ruhesuchende

Bestens - alles vorhanden - sauber und gepflegt. Automatischer Rasenspenger versorgt das Grün ums Haus. Vorsicht, man könnte dabei naß werden:-). Der Wasserdruck im Haus könnte etwas höher sein. Alles in Allem: eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Assolutamente raccomandato

Casa molto pulita, con tutto ciò che può servire. Ubicata in una zona tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicino alla bella spiaggia di Marina di Orosei (15 minuti a piedi) ed ai servizi (3 minuti in macchina). Giardino curatissimo con due docce esterne, comodissime ed utilizzatissime al rientro dal mare. Molto gradito anche il barbecue e la veranda sempre fresca. Junior è sempre stato disponibilissimo e molto gentile. Assolutamente raccomandato per chi cerca confort, tranquillità e riservatezza.

Summer Holiday at beautiful house close to the beach

location trés agréable

Malheureusement le temps n'était pas terrible, mais grâce à la climatisation réversible nous n'avons pas eu froid. La maison est conforme aux photos. Rien à redire pour la propreté. Le jardin et la terrasse couverte doivent être très agréable aux beaux jours. La mer n'est pas loin. Dommage que les canapés du salon soient si inconfortables. Nous n'avons pas vu le propriétaire les clés étaient sur la porte et pour le départ nous avons procédé pareil. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour profiter de la mer et du barbecue.

Tolles Ferienhaus nah am Strand

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Der Ferienhaus ist genauso wie beschrieben. Nah zum Strand und in den Ort mit vielen Restaurants und Supermärkten. Die Kommunikation mit Junio super easy. Check in und Check out äußerst unkompliziert. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Bellissimo soggiorno

Abbiamo trascorso le prime 2 settimane di luglio in questa casetta magnifica! Dotata di tutto il necessario, pulita, confortevole e con un bellissimo giardino. Ho apprezzato tanto le docce all’esterno perché tornando dal mare sono la cosa migliore per togliersi subito la sabbia di dosso, tanto che la doccia all’interno l’abbiamo usata solo 2 volte! Il proprietario è gentilissimo e molto disponibile, ci ha fatto subito sentire a casa. Anche la posizione è buona poiché in neanche 10 min a piedi si può raggiungere sia la spiaggia di Marina che il paese (facendo una bella passeggiata su zona pedonale). Altre spiaggie distano solo pochi minuti in auto. Raccomandiamo questa casetta romanticissima a chi ama la tranquillità ed il confort.

gutes Haus für Ausflüge an der Ostküste

Das Haus liegt gut gelegen genau zwischen Stadt und Stand. Beides ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Garten und die Terasse sind sehr gepflegt und die angrenzende Staße stört nicht. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Einzig auf eine Spühlmaschine und eine bei uns übliche Filterkaffeemaschine muss man verzichten. Italienisches Fernsehen und W-Lan fuktionieren ohne Probleme. Die Betten sind bequem, allerdings mit landestypischen dünnen Decken bezogen. Wenn es etwas zu bemängeln gibt, ist es, das es Anfang Mai (ca 20 Grad Außentemperatur) manchmal recht kalt im Haus war, doch mit der Klimaanlage, welche auch heizen kann und extra Decken zum schlafen war das auch kein Problem. Wir würden bei einem erneuten Urlaub auf Sardinien sofort wieder buchen.

Family Friendly Villa

We had an enjoyable week staying at this family friendly villa, which is well located between the beach and Orosei, and within striking distance of Mount Tiscali and Gola di Gorropu. The villa is simple, yet well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We ate most meals outside on the porch and made good use of the BBQ. Our two young girls enjoyed playing games in the garden and loved the beach, which was just a short walk from the house, and went swimming most days. There are several restaurants also within walking distance, and many more restaurants, shops and supermarket in nearby Orosei. Junio was an excellent host, welcoming us to the property despite our late arrival and was on hand to answer queries throughout the week. Thank you Junio

Maison bien située et fonctionnelle

Une maison somme toute assez simple mais fonctionnelle, agréable et bien équipée. La véranda est agréable également et le terrain sympathique pour les enfants jouer dehors. La plage est à 700m, le village à 700m et il y a un terrain de jeux pour enfants juste de l'autre côté de la route.
