1970年にフォルメンテラの伝統的なスタイルで建てられた独立した家屋で、1990年に改装されました：70cmの石壁、タイル屋根、白い壁など

家はリビングルーム、2ベッドルーム、キッチン、バスルーム、庭があるテラスで構成されています。
リビングルームには、ソファー、暖炉、テーブル（椅子4脚付き）、地上と衛星テレビ（Astra and Hotbird）、DVD、ステレオ、WIFI経由のADSLインターネットアクセス、エアコン（寒い季節）があります。

1部屋にダブルベッド1台（1.5メートル）、ワードローブ

もう一つの部屋には、0.9メートルと食器棚の2つの小さなベッドがあります

Great stay in Formentera

We enjoyed the house a lot. It is private and has an authentic feel to it. It is defiantly a little far from everything, but if you rent a bike or a moped it is easy to get around. The kitchen had a pretty bad fish smell to it, but other than that the house was clean and nice to stay in.

It was okay - but stayed in much nicer places

This house is one of a small group of holiday lets in the interior of formentera - its a good 25 mins walk to the nearest beach/town. The verandah is by far the nicest feature of the house with the beautiful flowering vine. The "garden" is a car port and a washing line with one narrow flower bed. The house is very bland and basic although it has high ceilings. It has a galley kitchen. There is no decent relationship between the inside and the outside - we spent NO time in the sitting room which has tiny windows but did enjoy the verandah. The kitchen is well equipped in terms of crockery and pots/pans but the oven/hob is truly ancient. There's no dishwasher and the owner didn't leave any washing up liquid OR washing powder we also ran out of loo roll (there were 2 of us staying for six nights so I think that's a bit off). The shower didn't drain properly and it flooded the bathroom a couple of times. The house is very quiet at night and you can see the stars, you also get visted by doormice. The house can be found by taxi drivers as long as you give the house number. We hired bikes to get around from the nearest town at 10 euros a day per bike and there's a bike rack at the house. Coming back at night its very dark so if you ware walking or cycling you need a head torch or bike lights. In summary a good base camp but a bit more effort with the furnishings, supplies and the outside space needed.

Schönes Haus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, schönes Haus, schöner Blick, schöne Lage. Einzig Sonnenliegen hätten wir uns gewünscht und ein Schneidebrett. Ansonsten war alles da, was man braucht.

Ruhige Lage und hat alles was man braucht

Wir hatten einen ganz wundervollen Urlaub in Miguels Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig, das Haus und Grundstück für andere nicht einsehbar! Nette kleine Terrasse mit Sonnen- und Schattenplätzchen. Wir sind mit Baby gereist und haben von Miguel ebenfalls ein Babybett bekommen. Das Haus bietet sich wunderbar für kleine Familien an. Die Ausstattung ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Casa graziosa, pulita in una zona molto tranquilla e al contempo strategica, con vista sul mare in lontananza. A parte una lavastoviglie non manca davvero nulla per un piacevole soggiorno. Host gentile e disponibile. Da consigliare!

Fantástico

Tudo correu muito bem, desde planear com o Miguel antes de irmos como quando chegamos com a Lorena. A casa é muito pitoresca e fica centrada no meio da ilha, o que dá uma localização perfeita para qualquer praia. A casa tem todos os utensilios de cozinha, etava muito limpa e arranjada. Com um ar condicionada que consegue refrescar a casa toda. O alpendre é top e com uma noite limpa vê se todas as estrelas e a via lactia.

Para nosotros fue buenísimo quedar en la casa de Miguel y su familia. Fuimos mui bien acogidos, la casa mui bien tratada tanto dentro como fuera y todo super bien. La ubicación es maravillosa y sobretodo por el silencio y la tranquilidad que ofrece. Volveremos seguro! Mui gratos por todo.

Lovely!

Such a lovely little villa! We received a great personal check-in from Miguel and Laura, giving us tips on where to go on the island. The villa had everything we could need, was lovely and clean, peaceful and wasn’t far from the town or beaches. We particularly loved the garden doormice who came to visit each night!

Close to all the towns and activities whilst being in a very quiet countryside area.

We loved our stay there. The house was a good size and has an outdoor space that is rather private. There is a place 15 minutes walk away to rent bikes and mopeds. Great location and superb views.

Das Haus ist ein typisches Formentera Häuschen ohne besonderen Schnickschnack in ruhiger Lage. Abseits gelegen, aber z.B. mit dem Rad ist man gut aufgestellt. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist sehr schön.

I can only agree with the previous comments, the house is perfect for 2 people, it is simply equipped, very clean and very well maintained. There was everything we needed.
