ゲストは共用ガーデンを利用でき、同時に自分のベランダを使用してよりプライベートになります。 スーパーマーケットは夜遅くまで営業しており、食事や朝食の買い物や調理を行っています。

Incredible lodging and location. Just outside Heraklion, near bus stop for easy travel access, and less than five minute walk to the beach and many excellent restaurants. Our host Manolis was very gracious and accommodating.

:-) L’appartement c’est trouvé à 150 mts de la plage Plusieurs commerces à proximité Transport de bus idéal Propriétaires sympathiques :-( L’appartement est situé en plein dans la ligne aérienne, avions toutes les 3 minutes donc très bruyant Route principale très bruyante également avec scooters, bus et voitures Vacances pas très reposantes ……

Totally amazing

Manolis and Evi, we’re absolutely amazing, we were met at the apartment after they had organised a taxi to pick us up at the airport. The apartment was even better than expected and very convenient for all our needs. The Perfect base...

...from where to explore the Island of Crete. I stayed here last year and came back again just a couple of weeks ago. Manolis kindly arranged a taxi to and from the airport, making the transfer as easy as can be. The room was located 150 metres from the sea, was clean, fully equipped and well looked after. Manolis is an excellent host and the rooms are perfect for individuals or young families. If I were going to Crete again then I'd be more than happy to stay here again.

Does what it says on the tin

I came for a week away to get my dissertation started. Manolis organised a taxi from thevairport and greeted me on my arrival. He was always friendly and available. The room is 5 minutes from the Nirou bar, where I spent most of my time (working...) and there are plenty of little sandy stretches of beach. I liked Kokkini Hani a good deal. The room is perfect for one or two adults who need a base for exploration. A smallish child would fit perfectly well too. When I have another big piece of work to get started I will be happy to return. Efharisto poly Manolis.

Comfortable & convenient!

Manoli was a very welcoming & helpful host. The Studio was clean, comfortable & well located near the supermarket, beach & bus stop. Perfect for a chance to explore Heraklion!

Zentral gelegene Unterkunft, alles wie beschrieben

Zimmer sauber, alles da was man benötigt. Schön gestalteter Innenhof. Netter Vermieter. Ist sofort zur Stelle, wenn ,man etwas benötigt . Die Unterkunft liegt an der Hauptstraße, umgeben von Supermärkten, Bars, Tavernen, Daher sehr zentral aber auch mit entsprechender Geräuschkulisse. Die Gegend liegt in der Einflugschneise. Zum Strand kann man in ca. 5 min laufen. Er ist aber nicht sonderlich schön. 20 min zu Fuß , 5 min mit dem Auto findet man sehr schöne Strände. Auto ist empfehlenswert, schöne Ausflugsziele sind gut zu erreichen und nicht so weit weg.

Détente et culture

Appartement proche de la mer et d' un supermarché ouvert 7 jours sur 7 de 8h à 23h Nous avons apprécié de prendre nos repas dehors dans l'allée de la résidence. Proximité avec l'arrêt de bus pour la gare centrale d'Heraclion qui ouvre aux visites culturelles (Knossos ,,muséed'archéologie......) Merci à Manolis qui est très disponible et réactif. Nous avons adoré les couchers de soleil et les ballades le long de la côte .Quel plaisir d'être loin du tourisme de masse!

Highly recommended

A wonderful apartment. It's located near the sea and has many good stores nearby. Only a short bus trip from Iraklio and Chersonissos. The owner is very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this apartment if you're going to Crete. We are definitely coming back.

Excellent place to stay.

Just spent ten lovely days here. Lovely, clean and roomy apartment and an excellent base to travel around the island. Regular buses from just outside the apartment, as well as many shops and tavernas. Highly recommended.

A Perfect holiday

I had a brilliant and relaxing week. The room had everything i needed, was clean and comfortable. Also, being shaded from the sun in the day it was very comfortable at night and so did not need the air conditioning. Over the road is a lovely friendly supermarket and the beach is 5 mins walk away with wonderful swimming and not overcrowded. I also walked 20 minutes west to the big beach at the end of the bay which was perfect for the day. Throughout my stay Manolis was very friendly and hospitable and made me feel very welcome. The whole experience was perfect for rest i had gone for.

VILLE NON DYNAMIQUE

Bonjour, La ville, qui devait être HERAKLION, comme le stipule l'annonce, s'est avérée être à 10 km. La résidence est à côté d'un supermarché. Ce qui retire tout charme à ce logement. Les bars et restaurants étaient désert, la ville sans charme. Rien n'a été laissé pour se préparer un diner (huile, vignaire, sel, poivre) Nous avons eu la sensation de nous être fait avoir. Sophie

Super séjour.

Évi et Manolis sont très accueillants. Appartement TB. Très proche des commerces, de la plage. Très commode pour se déplacer avec les bus de la ville. Ligne direct entre Heraklion Aeroport jusqu'à la plage de Malia, en passant par Hersonissos. Restaurants à proximité. Séjour fantastique que nous avons vécu pour nos 30 ans de mariage. Une belle impression d'être comme dans un petit village , les appartements sont comme dans une petite ruelle et chacuns peut partager avec le voisin. Apéro, idée de sortie , se dépanner entre voisins, en gros FANTASTIQUE. Les Crétois sont formidable. Encore bravo pour ce bel endroit, loin du stress, des problèmes quotidiens, de la vie qui passe trop vite. Chez Évi et Manolis , plus besoin de montre , endroit idyllique pour se laisser bercer par le chant des cigales. Encore merci pour tout. Laurence et bernard

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Le propriétaire des lieux , MANOLIS, est une personne d'une extrême amabilité et disponible. Super accueil. Bouteille d'eau au frais, coupe de fruits et bouteille de vin du PAYS. Appartements très bien placés, proche de la plage, des commerces et de bien de restaurants. The apartment in Kokkini hani was a pleasure to have,the pictures on the web site don't do justice Manolis is the perfect host (not owner).The location is perfect for the beach lovers and even if it is in the middle of the resort is very quiet at night ! Is well equipped and the shade terrace gives you a welcomed. brake from the Cretan sun. Overall I give it a 5star!
