BLAUVERD-villa with sea views and private pool-Tamariu-Costa Brava

Blauverd is set in its own grounds in an elevated position and has been designed to make the very best of its location with **great views down and over the Bay of Tamariu. Just a 500 metres walk from the golden sandy beach** of the resort this recently built air-conditioned villa offers comfortable, spacious accommodation and an excellent range of facilities.

Finished and furnished to a high standard and designed for holiday villa living, Blauverd is on one level, and has large picture windows that frame the wonderful views of the bay below. The villa has a contemporary interior with tiled floors and cool white walls.

The large open-plan living room is flooded with light and has a comfortable sitting area with settees positioned to make the most of the views. Panoramic sliding windows open onto the terrace which in turn overlooks the swimming pool just below.

**The pool is 8x4 metres with a ladder; and is surrounded on three sides by terraces**, a great place for relaxing just soaking up the views out to sea and down over the Bay of Tamariu.

The dining room leads off the living area and has a dining table seating 8 and doors which open onto the terrace, garden and pool. Leading off the dining area is the modern, well-equipped kitchen with a central island; and there is also a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

We have four stylish bedrooms. There is a master double bedroom with private bathroom with a walk-in shower, doors that open on to the terrace, garden and pool. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom that share a shower room, and like the master bedroom they both have doors to the terrace, garden and pool. The fourth bedroom is a twin which has a shower room. The shower rooms have been finished to a high standard with contemporary fixtures and fittings.

The terrace runs along the front of the villa and overlooks the infinity swimming pool and the gardens, laid mainly to lawn dotted with trees and shrubs.
