''Next Door'' Near Saint Cirq Lapopie (15 km)

Located on the outskirt of a quaint village and 15mn drive to the listed village of St Cirq Lapopie. Lovely & peaceful family home in the wood. Accommodate 4 persons.

PETS: please discuss prior to booking if you wish to bring your own pet as we live nearby and have our own pets.

The house is built on a land that slops therefore the terraces around the house have various heights and steps which for a toddler may be difficult to negotiate. For this reason we cannot accept families with children under the age of 7.

PLEASE NOTE THAT FRENCH LAW requires a signed contract. One will be sent after the booking is made.

Situe a l’extérieur d’un pittoresque village Quercynois a seulement 15 mn en voiture du village classé de St Cirq Lapopie. Maison agreable récemment rénovée pour un maximum de 4 personnes.

Animaux: Merci de m'informer si vous avez l'intention de venir avec votre animal car nous vivons proche de la maison et avons aussi des animaux.

La maison est construite sur un terrain en pente. Les terrasses ont des variations de niveau et des marches qui pourraient representer un danger pour les petits enfants. Pour cette raison, nous ne pouvons accepter des familles avec des enfants de moins de 7 ans.


UN BAIL DE LOCATION EST OBLIGATOIRE. Un sera envoye apres que la reservation soit faite.

The Neighbourhood
We are lucky to be a short walk away to the village. Our home and the ''house next door'' are the only 2 homes built in the area. We are surrounded with fields and wood which makes it a very special place to live.

Due to numerous steps around the terraces, we advise that the house is not fit to receive young children.

Peaceful, spacious and relaxing setting

We arrived at "next door" after Sophie had given very good directions, and she was waiting at the front gate for us. A lovely gracious host , nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable setting with a beautiful verandah to take in the sounds of the surrounding woods. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the nearby town had all the supplies needed. Thank you Sophie

Wunderschönes Haus, tolle Vermieterin

Das Haus liegt in einem Eichenwald unweit des Städtchens Saint Cirq Lapopie. Es ist mit Liebe zum Detail sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Überall gibt es schöne Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, kinderlieb, tierlieb und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten kurz vor unserer Ankunft eine Autopanne. Sophie hat unser Gepäck geholt, uns zum nächsten Supermarkt gebracht und nach Cahors gefahren, damit wir uns einen Mietwagen mieten konnten. Sogar Baguette hat sie uns mitgebracht, als wir noch kein Auto hatten. Liebe Sophie, wir sind Dir sehr dankbar!!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Herrliche Ruhe

Das sehr schön eingerichtete und komfortable Haus liegt in einem großen, mit Eichen bewachsenen Gelände. Es gibt mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten innen und außen, in denen man die Ruhe genießen kann. Es gibt bezeichnete und unbezeichnete Wanderwege in der Nähe. In ca. 20 Autominuten kann man sehr schöne alte Ortschaften und den Fluss Lot erreichen. Sophie ist eine sehr sympathische und zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe verliefen sehr unkompliziert.

nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle région verdoyante . En pleine nature, isolée et ombragée, cette maison est idéale pour se mettre au vert! Nous avons été accueillis par une propriétaire extrêmement gentille et serviable. La maison est très jolie et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. La propriété est très grande et calme. un amour de maison

nous avons beaucoup apprécié le confort et la décoration de cette maison ainsi que l accueil de Sophie . Tout est fait pour que le séjour se passe le plus agréablement possible dans une ambiance zen. Pour des vacances reposantes cette maison est parfaite avec en plus la fraicheur dans le jardin sous le très beau chêne propice à la lecture ou au farniente. On regrette presque de quitter cet endroit tant on se sent vite "adopté" . Merci Sophie et Jonathan pour avoir bien compris ce qui permet des vacances agréables à vos locataires. Puissions nous toujours rencontrer des propriétaires tels que vous dans nos futures locations de vacances.
